Relaxed atmosphere with knowledgeable staff that are more than happy to help within a very clean and spacious environment both inside and outside the showroom.

Gareth took the time to explain the A6 e-tron Sportback's performance and helped us decide on the right model for our needs. He was clear about each version’s features and limitations, which made us feel comfortable. The part exchange process was simple, though there was a hiccup with the bank link system. This was resolved quickly without fuss.

Treated extremely bad at capitol vw once again.
Booked in service and mot for 10am supposed to be ready by 12.
Still sitting in waiting area 1.30pm as I write this review.
Will mot ever use this dealer again once 2 year plan finishes

Visited Bath Audi to look at an Audi A1 and worked with Brad. He was very helpful and took the time to explain the automatic features, which we had questions about. The test drive was easy to arrange and made us feel more confident in our choice. What stood out was how he focused on what suited us rather than trying to push anything extra. He talked through the options clearly and helped put together a deal that felt right for us.

We we bought a new car from Mon motors vw in Gloucester from a salesman called Cameron, he was such a friendly honest sales guy. Non pushy an absolute pleasure to deal with and even called 2 days later to find out if we had settled into the car ok. What a pleasure to deal with Cameron. Well done

I was a bit unsure about choosing the right car, but Hannah at Mon Motors Newport Ford made the process much easier. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and listened to my concerns without rushing me. I felt like she really wanted to help me find something that suited my needs, rather than just selling me anything. It made a big difference knowing that she cared about getting the best outcome for me. I left feeling looked after and valued, which I appreciated.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen ID.4 and worked with Nathan during the process. He was friendly and professional, making everything clear and straightforward. The dealership had a good atmosphere, which made it easy to feel comfortable while making such an important decision. Everything was handled professionally, and I appreciated how smoothly things went.

Its to great disappointment I am having to write this as where credit is due the Sales Guy in Cupra Bristol: Rhys, is lovely and very helpful however, the After Care we have received, I can't exactly say I am impressed. Considering we had swapped an older Cupra and were told we wouldn't have issues if we upgraded...

We then have collected our BRAND NEW CAR on the 27th of June 2026, we then filled the car up to realise it has a faulty sensor! This should not of happened in the first place for a BRAND NEW CAR!! As a first time owner of a Brand New Car, I am extremely disappointed. To top it all off, we should have been given the same car or better as a courtesy car (as that is the impression the team gave us)... not a smaller Cupra! I am not happy by the customer service which we have received. I look forward to your comments.

Recently sourced a new vehicle through CarWow (a reputable company) I received an offer to purchase the vehicle I'd specifically specified from Mon motors Bristol, the OTR price was xxx having expressed an interest via CarWow I was contacted by Mon motors Bristol who confirmed that the OTR cash price was xxx before travelling to Bristol to place the order and pay the deposit I contacted Mon motors Bristol to make certain that the OTR cash price remained unchanged at xxx. On arrival at Mon motors Bristol there followed a 40 minute discussion about add on products I agreed to purchase a pre paid service plan although declined the offer of other add on products, it was then revealed to me that there were additional costs to the OTR price I'd been quoted before travelling to Mon Motors Bristol, as the now OTR price had been inflated by over £500 I considered this selling tactic to be underhand and frankly disreputable, confidence and trust is no longer viable and subsequently I walked away from doing business with Mon motors Bristol.

I have now received an apology from the salesperson at Mon motors Bristol which I have accepted plus an offer to purchase at xxx price that was initially confirmed to me.
However I believe business should always be conducted with complete transparency in order to foster confidence and trust and on this occasion neither remain in place.

The dealership had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which made the process smooth. I felt well looked after and reassured throughout. The staff ensured everything was clear and easy to understand when purchasing my Volvo EX30. It was a professional experience that left me confident in my decision.

Justin was really helpful when choosing my new car and changing my old one. Despite some price alterations which caused delays, Justin has been responsive the whole way through and helped me to find a suitable car and price eventually.

I took a fleet vehicle to Gloucester for MOT & service today. I had called the dealer in advance to discuss my need to work whilst I waited and I've spent a very productive 5 hours in the dealer show room with great wifi, access to facilities and hot & cold drinks (plus aircon). All the staff were really helpful and welcoming, great dealer experience
