The whole experience with the team was spot on from start to finish. I purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan, and Luke was an absolute star throughout. He’s such a nice bloke, really easy to talk to, and explained everything so clearly. I felt completely at ease the entire time and appreciated how well I was kept informed during the process. It’s rare to feel this looked after when buying a car, but they nailed it here. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Had a few MOTs at Bath Audi, always passed but advised would require work completed soon. Took my car for a second opinion elsewhere following the advice of Bath Audi, advised no work required soon. No longer use them as a result

Great first experience, couple issues second time
I had a great experience buying my previous car from Cupra Gloucester, which encouraged me to return there for my most recent purchase.
Unfortunately, the aftercare experience hasn’t been as positive this time. I’ve had a couple of minor issues/ questions, but I’ve struggled to get a response from the sales person , whether by email or phone, to help resolve them.

Poor customer service
Went to look at cars for our son. Promised they would send details of a part exchange that was coming in. No contact whatsoever even after a chase up. The manager didn't even want to speak to me on the phone so was asked to email him directly. Nothing from him either.

I would like to give a shout out to Bath Audi for their exceptional customer care yesterday when dealing with my granddaughter's TT. Chloe welcomed me with an attentive smile and listened to my plight. All sorted and car ready with a phone call. Chloe explained everything on hand over. Just excellent service well done.

Dreadful after sale service
Dreadful after sale service. I spent over £100k with this lot. Shocking service well actually no servicing as they didn't have any oil for 6 months! Cancelled me twice.
Eventually it turns up with a small problem under warranty and they refuse to sort the problems as we had to get it serviced elsewhere. Embarrassing. £100k car and never going to drive Audi again. Do not use this company you will regret it. Still awaiting their complaint procedure. Off to Audi head office now.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Golf from Capitol Volkswagen in Merthyr Tydfil and was very pleased with the process. Justin was a pleasure to deal with, making everything straightforward and stress-free. He came across as approachable and helpful, which made the whole experience much easier.
The Golf itself has been great so far. It’s smooth to drive, handles nicely on longer trips, and feels solid on the road. Picking it up was simple, and everything was ready as expected.
I’m happy with both the car and how things were handled at the dealership.

Appalling customer service
Took the garage 3 weeks to repair my vehicle and communication form the service team was slow and lacklustre.
Given the total cost of the job the least they could have done was given the car a decent amount of charge (atleast enough for me to get home!) as well as complete the courtesy clean that they offered.
Worst still, they did not even replaced the recall component that needed replacement!

I was a bit unsure about travelling an hour and a half to view the Volkswagen Tiguan, but it turned out to be worth it. Jack made the process straightforward and welcoming, both over the phone and in person. He seemed to really understand that we'd made quite an effort to visit, which put me and my partner at ease. The test drive was useful for getting a proper feel for the car, and we had some nice hot chocolates while we went through everything. It felt professional yet relaxed, which made things much easier than I expected. Left feeling really happy with how it all worked out.

Upgraded my VW Polo
I recently purchased a Volkswagen Polo from Mon Motors Bath Volkswagen. The process was smooth and straightforward. Jon responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and answered all of my questions promptly. Communication throughout was clear, which I appreciated. We agreed on what I felt was a fair price for changing from my previous Polo, which hasn’t always been the case in past experiences with other dealers. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, with the deal finalised in just one day. Collecting the car about a week later went without issue, and I’m really pleased with it. It felt like everything had been managed well from start to finish.

A Very Good Experience
From start to finish Jake looked after us at Cardiff Audi and was fantastic. He took his time in helping my son choose his car and all the products that would enhance it. I felt really at ease talking with him and buying the car. He is an asset to the franchise and I would definitely recommend asking for his help if you wish to visit and buy a car from here.
