Efficient and helpful very informative and placed you at ease

Whilst on the phone I spoke with Tony who ensured me I’m not the only one going through issues with debt, I was feeling anxious and over all unhappy with how much I borrowed and I was fearful about my future and the prospect of one day buying a house rather than renting for the rest of my life, I was made to see that with help I could over come this fear and I’m extremely happy to now be on a debt management plan, my mind is a lot clearer and I can look forward to the coming years without fear. The chat and process was very calm and easy, Tony explained everything extremely well which made the process 100% easier, I have a lot of appreciation and I would definitely recommend MoneyPlus to whom ever falls into the same position.

Jack who helped and advised me was honestly the most helpful kind understanding person an absolute credit to the company. Yes some say just doing his job but it felt like he went above. Top man

Highly recommend Money Plus.

Very disappointed with them towards the end of my dealings with them. When settling debt with one of my creditors, I got reassurances everything was paid and sorted, only to realise 2 months later there was a creditor that had not been paid. When I pointed out the mistake they were very unhelpful and denied accountability. Won’t be using them again

I want to say a big thank you to Wayne and Steve for all their help with my debt management plan. From the start they were both really kind, approachable, and understanding of my situation. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step, which really helped put my mind at ease. Their advice was informative and reassuring, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m really grateful for the support they’ve given me it’s made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable.

I was on a DMP for a few years and after my circumstances and health changed, Paula reached out with the view it’s her responsibility to help me as much as possible and the plan I was on would have meant I would have been doing it for the next 40 years. She told me about a different plan with I was eligible for and the further weight taken off my shoulders by Paula has changed my life and wellbeing. They have always been chilled and enable you to talk about money which is so important. I think it’s healthy to be able to discuss money in any light and MoneyPlus have naturally eased the shame surrounding this that I have detached from as we are all human. More stress than it’s worth your led to believe they pay the debts off and you pay them. It’s not true they just pay the interest and give you more stress of arrear letters

Got told my creditors froze interest charges etc but they haven't. My total owed is rising monthly. Should have researched more instead of falling for their charm.
