Over the last few years I experienced issues with alcoholism and got myself into debt.
Trying to get myself back on track, I found most of my spare wages were going on debts, the interest mounting month by month.
I decided to give Money Plus a call to see if they could help. Spoke with Tony who had good knowledge and talked me through options open to me. He advised me a managed payment plan would be a good solution. This meant clearing the debts I owed with the interest frozen. All at an affordable monthly payment.
Really happy with the service and a big thank you to Tony.

We recently had a financial advice call with Tony, and it was an incredibly helpful and reassuring experience. Tony was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate. He provided us with all the information we needed during a difficult financial time, and he did it with patience and clarity. What really stood out was how at ease he made us feel—he took the stress out of a very stressful situation. It’s rare to come across someone so professional yet so kind. Tony is truly excellent at what he does, and we’re incredibly grateful for his support.

Moneyplus has been suoer helpful in managing my finances and the team is really helpful and understanding.

They charge you around £50 which would be better spent on your loans. Your creditors still send you letters so the hassle don't stop and I see no reason to use this company anymore.

constantly spamming me with calls even after telling them not to call anymore. tried blocking their numbers but they keep calling with different numbers.

Like others have said, this company keep harassing me with calls. I will be contacting the police if this doesn't stop. I suggest you remove my details!

I have no idea how they got my number but they are calling me several times a day and even after blocking their number they are still leaving me voicemails. I have asked for the contact to stop but it continues, if it doesn’t stop soon I’ll be forced to go to the police.

To all the team at money plus, especially the people who have dealt with me personally. Want to take this moment to thank each and every one of you for helping me through my debt. It was very hard for me to ask for help when I fell into debt, but your professional job that you all do, you all do made me feel at ease, which made me understand and work to a goal of debt free. Got so much bad I could say about this company, I don't usually write reviews, but the constant phone calls and text messages is getting beyond harassment now!
Firstly I was led to believe this would help solve all my issues and at first it did, it rolled them all into one and I went on oblivious, until I went to get a phone contract, not possible (got told it wouldn't stop me) and other little things I was refused, so that annoyed me, then it come to my yearly review and oh my gosh, a possessive ex boyfriend would never be this bad, multiple calls and texts a day from different numbers, constant. Even the day after bloody boxing day, it was ridiculous, the I went to go do it online and I noticed over... Yes OVER half of what I was paying them towards my "debts" was being took by them just as payment, I believe I paid around 80 and 50 quid was going to them, at this rate I said screw the plan, cancel it, I will sort the debts out myself, they said that's fine, guess what, I still get multiple texts and calls a day, and literally as I'm writing this they just called me for the 4th time today, I can't man, it's unhealthy, it's making me want to change my phone number, it's mentally stressing me, they are money bullies!

I felt so anxious calling but got put through to Wayne who had to be the most helpful person I’ve met! Not only that, but he’s so funny and lovely to speak too, he took away to stress of sorting a plan, and it almost felt like I was just chatting to a friend by the end of it. They relieved me of so much pressure when it comes to my debt and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone.

Started off well, ease of sorting out debts and being able to see each debt clearly. Contacting them is good, quick to respond etc, however reviewed this year and went on my payments and they’ve been taking two lots of fees around 40 to 48 a month when i have only been paying £181. Thats half of what I'm paying in fees, so my debt isn't really going down, the fees are so expensive you will never be debt free. Advice to shop around look at fees. Contacted them to ask why they've took double fee payments last three months awaiting response. Just be careful they sell you like a ideal solution to be debt free but with the fee it will take you triple the time.

While I appreciate all they do and appreciate the service they provide there is such a lack of customer support, you have to email multiple times constantly before getting a response unfortunately

I have read a lot of these reviews and I agree with some positive and some negative. From my personal experience I will never be debt free using the plan I use, I was told it would be 28 years before I am debt free, I am 73 this year so I will probably die in debt unless I live to be over 100. On the positive side my creditors are off my back so I have peace of mind for that. It is what it is, I try not to despair.

This service is sold as a helping hand to manage debt. All it has done is make my situation worse with two defaults burying me in a rock bottom credit report for 6 years. It’s disgusting, I complained but to no avail.
This service will not help your situation. Work out your finances and contact the creditors yourself .. it doesn’t matter how long it takes, do it !
We all now credit reports are a complete scam anyways but they’ll never change for the time being.

Recently checked into my debt management plan that I began in August 2023
One creditor is still registering missed payments !! Even though they are receiving an amount from Money plus monthly… I’m guessing the reason I’m still seeing it as missed payments as it’s not the agreed amount from when I originally took out credit - my credit score is rock bottom and will be for years. I couldn’t get a loan for a carton of milk if I tried.
