Honestly it was a doddle
Honestly it was a doddle.
Picked my glasses by reference to existing frame sizes (after the handy tip - who knew?); they arrived the next day!
Swapped one set for another and that arrived the next day and the refund the day after.
Such good comms from Chris in the shop too.
On top of all that the frames are superb.
Could NOT recommend more highly.

What a great discovery
What a great discovery! I’d been looking to buy new spectacles for a long time but couldn’t find the right frames (I’m very picky) until I stumbled upon the pop up. The products are beautiful and so well made, and what’s even better is the ethos of the brand and the craftsmanship which I appreciate. Kristiana was amazing, so helpful and friendly.

Overall an excellent experience. Felt comfortable upon walking in; Freddie was super friendly (despite being a Spurs fan haha) and helpful. As well, the glasses were excellent. A little pricey, but a quality product - well worth the investment. Very happy with my purchase.

This last visit was, if i recall, my third purchase from MONC. My final comment is not a deal breaker for me but more convenient for customers and would really be appreciated. Please please please provide hard cases!

I am pleased with Monc product and service. I used to wear Warby Parker, and can tell a massive difference on the glasses quality. My friend described me upgrading my ‘reading glasses’ to ‘serious glasses’. :D
Also, service is impeccable. Both Freddie and Chris are professional and patient in making sure my glasses work well. Had a very pleasant experience with Monc! Recommend.

Fanstastic personal service and focus on sustainability
Fanstastic personal service. Glasses look fabulous and I love that they are bio-acetate and the focus on keeping existing frames in good condition rather than disposable fashion. The lovely folk at Monc also refurbished my ancient (15+ years old!) spectacles for me and given them a whole new lease of life.
