MonarchCypressOnline Recenzje

Was introduced to the Plush Robe at a Resort we were staying and had to have one of my own:)
Delivery was prompt and in good order.
Very happy with my purchase.

Very pleased with Spa Robes ordered. The quality is awesome..nice and thick. Monogramming turned out beautifully.

Great product. My wife had a Disney cruise robe that was 15 years old. Ripped, resewn several times. Until I found almost the identical material here. We've searched for years. Ran across your brand at a beautiful hotel in St George, Utah. Searched the website and here we are.

Through an email exchange, they helped me identify the robe I had the joy of using at a luxury hotel. Delivery was prompt snd packaging was excellent. Delighted with my luxurious robe.

Just heard from the recipient of the gift of her robe… she loved it❣️

Softest robe on earth - superb quality

Customer service representative, Stephanie, was so helpful in getting my order processed quickly. Many thanks.

I have gotten robes and bedding from MC- and they are great. Their stuff is not expensive relative to other premium bedding companies, the sheets are soft right out of the package and their robes are the best I've ever seen. Love them. Wish the duvet cover came in more colors, bit the white is lovely.

The item has not been shipped after two weeks

Love the sheets. But they forgot to deliver them. I called after 10 days and then they came 2 days later

Shipping was extremely slow. Sheets however are very good.

Beautiful Robe! Exactly what I wanted. I emailed customer service with questions regarding the robe i wanted and they were prompt to answer questions. Thank you!

Your website is very difficult to get around in for ordering. Shipping didn’t take too long. The quality of the sheets are not as good as I was expecting. I made a call to customer service and left a message but never got a response. So I’m a little disappointed. I won’t be doing business with you again.

Monarch Cypyress produces the most luxurious robes that are well constructed with high quality and durability. Love them and recommend this product.

Love the towels but it took a little while to get it.

I came across this brand after visiting my local spa. The quality and feel are incredible. The most luxurious robe that will ever touch your skin.

Highly recommend!

The package came so quickly and with a nice bag in there as well. Thank you! Love the robe. So comfortable and washes really well.

Very satisfied with product, but I paid $40+ for two day air shipping and the delivery took over a week!

It took me a few returns to finally get the robe I wanted and Angel was very helpful in the process.
