wie gesagt-bedenkenlos-diesmal hatte ich keine Zweifel! Falsch -nur weil Momox Fashion gleichen Mantel verkauft und noch dazu sogar in 2 Größen, bedeutet nicht, dass mein die Prüfung übersteht! Man hat ihn abgelehnt -sogar 2-mal, mit Begründung : falsche Kategorie! Bei erstem Mal wollte ich widerrufen und erfahren habe: bei Momox geht es nicht! Entscheidungen den Prüfer sind eben ENDGÜLTIG. Also habe ich zweiten Mal gesendet-um so weniger Bedenken hatte- wieder Ablehnung! aus gleichem Grund. Und die bei Fashion verkaufen die gleichen Mäntel - identisch -nicht nur Schnitt aber auch Farbe! nach wie vor! -man hat die keineswegs zurückgenommen. Mich kosten die Absagen schon 8 Euro- ich, nicht die Prüfer, muss die Rücksendungen bezahlen. Wie ist es bitte möglich? Wenn man Ware als fleckig zurückbekommt, obwohl manchmal es sich sogar um Neuware handelt, muss man damit leben und aufs Wort glauben-angeblich haben die Tische mit extra Beleuchtung, aber in dem geschildeten Beispiel-bin ich sprachlos.Es scheint, dass 1 Kg Zucker wäre dort auch nicht immer 1 Kg Zucker sei !vielleich ein Kg Reis? oder Mehl?

Unfortunately the CD I had ordered had glue from sleeve cardboard adhesive on edge. CD looked new but obviously not playable.
Wrote back with photo and very promptly they stated did not need to post back and issued refund via ebay. Only lost a star due to not having been picked up before originally posting to me.

Disgraceful. Ordered a triple CD set described as very good condition. Inside the box was foam rubber “protection” so badly decomposed it was disintegrating. The CDs had pot marks of corrosion. The box was broken. Tried two of the CDs, neither played properly, unsurprisingly. Threw the whole thing in the bin.

Two books ordered, none of them arrived. One is almost a month late, probably won't get it at all. Another only few says, so I have hope for this one maybe. Will never buy it again from here.

Do not buy from.them don't waist your money. The only cd online seller to cite good condition when they arrive they are scratched and unusable you ask for a refund they refuse stay well away. Thieves nothing but

Both books arrived even earlier than expected. Good condition,. Good value for money. Would use again.

Seller sends me the wrong book - not remotely like the one I ordered. Charged me £19.36. Then tells me they won’t send what I PAID FOR unless I go to the hassle of internationally resending and paying for their mistake. Bad business.

I ordered a book listed in English on Ebay, it said "we carefully checked it in very good condition" - it's true this, except it's in German, not English! They posted a form for return, which requires we fill in & print it out & send thje copy back at our own expenses. This is poor, if not deliberately misleading! Avoid!

I received a movie that I ordered. I live in the usa. It will not play on usa dvd player and it is all write in German. I paid with usa currency and live the usa. Why would send something that is not legal. My dvd player notified me. Momox is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been basically swindled!

Momox sent me a Vinyl LP instead of a CD. They cant supply the correct item. They insisted i post the LP back at my expense. Over 2 weeks later they have not refunded my item OR postage. Communication is automated and condescending. Appalling service.

A perfect storm of DHL's negligence, appaling Polish amazon support and Momox having provided the most infamous customer support i have ever experienced, even below the standards of shady Chinese shopping sites, made me outright close my Amazon account.

For the first time on many years online shopping I had a seller outright lying about a refund (that never came) after making me sign a legally binding document.

This after weeks of irrelevant automated messages, as their support is a chatbot using fake names.
If I am not pursuing this further because it's not economically viable, but stay away like the plage.

Would give 0 stars but cant. Purchases 2 kpop albums (which are part of my collection and are to be displayed) from them on ebay (that are hard to come by) condition described as "very good" what i received was ripped, dented and covered in black filth. on top of being delivered a week after the estimate. their "customer service" if you want to call that is useless as its sent to some German employee via "email" and they just reply with copy and paste messages. I've been going back and forth with them for a week now, they would message me and id get back to them minutes/2hours later, they would reply the next day. until they asked me for SKU number which i sent within like 2 hours, and had no reply for over 5 days. ended up messaging them to get back to me by tomorrow or im raising an issue with ebay. they got back to be saying "have a nice week" and thats it. ebay was of no use either.. so i just got ripped off. DO NOT EVER purchase anything from these as they arnt even "uk based" its a German company in Germany

Having bought from this company a lot over the years, but recently the service quality has declined badly.
I’ve worked them out, if anyone buys a cd for a decent price and it’s worth more than the sale price, the item gets pulled and relisted at a vast price. I bought a Jerry Garcia cd, was dispatched to the warehouse and suddenly stopped, relisted later at 20 times the price.
Underhand tactics, causing thousands of people to be out of pocket because these devious people have no shame. They need shutting down on eBay and Amazon till they toe the line, but it won’t happen because of £££s. I’ve got one now stuck in warehouse 5 days without movement. Feedback written by everyone is all true and needs to be taken seriously.

These swindlers sell counterfeit CD's on Amazon marketplace. I received a completely fake CD from them. I will be contacting Amazon and letting them know about these thieves.

I ordered a movie on Amazon and was provided a tracking # that doesn't work! Messages to them is nothing but a run around claiming there's an issue with shipments not having tracking numbers. Lies! This is a scam company. I hope they rot in hell. They should be sued!

Ordered a paperback book - used and allegedly in good condition £8.99.
It had highlights and annotations on almost every page, making much of the text illegible. It's unbelievable that anyone would try to sell this!

Ordered a switch game worth £25 - they sent a PlayStation platinum game worth £2!!

Asked me to ship the game back at my cost and they would refund the cost of the game and return shipping.

This was 3 months ago - despite daily requests, proof of postage being sent they have fobbed me off with stock responses.

Just so you're aware any returns need to arrive back in Germany before they'll even look at your return and mine has clearly been lost in transit.

Absolutely useless and comms are a joke.

They are a disgrace of a company - please save yourself the trouble.

I can see why these 1 star reviews are stacking up, as they are one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Ordered a vinyl copy of an album and they sent me the CD. They then said for me to post it back to them, with me incurring the postage costs and the risk they then deny all accountabilty that I'd returned the item to them, in order for them to refund for their error. On top of that they also said they couldn't even send me the vinyl version that I'd ordered in the first place.
Absolutley abysmal company and needless to say I won't be ordering again and would advise others to do the same.

Totally refusing to refund , worst i have ever seen just send same generated message over and over , not even UK there German . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE JUST LOOK AT THE REVEIWS
