Easy to order

It was easy to navigate & order from the site. I opted for collect in store and that's where the process failed a little. Pick up was not as straight forward as it should have been, even though my item was located very quickly at the store till. The member of staff in store found the system difficult to navigate in order to mark the item as collected and produce a receipt.

Frustrating that there are equestrian…

Frustrating that there are equestrian items listed that are not available to order and locating the store they are available at is pretty much impossible…there doesn’t seem to be a way of finding out where they are other than my elimination. Otherwise what I would expect from an online store.

Country Grain dog food.

Since finding Country Grain salmon and potato dog food on Mole Valley ive not gone for anything else. Easy website, great service, always delivered on time and a lovely delivery driver. Won't go anywhere else now, many thanks.

XL Rat Trap

I was recommended Mole as I needed an XL Rat Trap and was unable to buy one in any shop or store.
I went on line and my order was delivered within 48 hours. The trap is just what I needed.
I would definitely recommend this company.
