very easy to order, not 5 star as some things not listed on website i.e. Trident sugar beet pellets that are for sale in stores

The product was as expected and wanted/fine, the packaging was great. The delivery driver dropping it out the back of the van, not being rude or unpleasant I will add. That is the reason I won’t be back sadly. I need my deliveries to my door/ into my house. DHL doesn’t do this and if you change companies I will be back but definitely not with no option to choose a decent courier DPD for example

If I could give them ZERO I would. I purchased wet dog food, my dog hates it. No labels on tins. I am so disappointed as there were good reviews on Trustpilot. They won’t let me return them as I haven’t got the original packaging??? I even suggested getting a discount to save on delivery charges, they didn’t want to know. I will be contacting Trading Standards about this.

Great - reasonable price and choice of products, I had been let down by my previous supplier and Mole had the product I was looking for. Great delivery prices and quick delivery times.

Fast delivery time chickens love the feed high % protein keep laying through winter on it, but only had a 2 month BB date I requested 4 month BB date because I only have a few chucks.

Easy to use without having to register for an account. I hadn’t received my order so contacted Web-Sales. They responded with tracking information.
It transpires that the order was supposed to take 3-5 days, but was delivered to a local drop off point within 2 days.
There is only one negative which was there wasn’t a facility to track the order - it kept sending you back to the website.
Overall - Great and efficient service 👍

Only 3 stars - due to DHL absolutely awful they loose every order and my feed goes on a uk tour . I have to order 2 weeks before feed needed as can’t rely on DHL to even deliver it such a shame as Molevalley so good . I would happily pay extra £2 delivery to have DPD who deliver from Burnhills and they absolutely brilliant never have an issue with DPD .

Exchanges between mole valley and moleonline are not Seamless and had to pay twice even though fault was not mine. Not every purse can afford that. Service in store was good for the 'exxchange' though

We regulary get bird nuts from this company, they have always been clean & good quality .They arrived promptly, were delivered by DHL by a very pleasant delivery chap who puts the very heavy bag in our car port beside the bin that he knows they are going to be tipped in . What more could you ask ?

Good price, good quality and quick delivery

The whole website and experience was one of the easiest I've had to navigate my way around (not being brought up in the 'on-line' era), I don't find ordering online particularly easy!! But this was amazing and delivery was unbelievably quick - ordered in the late afternoon, delivered by lunchtime next day. That was just standard delivery charge which I also thought was extremely reasonable.

Not the speediest delivery but not a problem on this occasion. Goods were delivered intact and at a good price. Thank you MV
