I too had the same experience as many others on google. It takes a very long time, from weeks to months to speak to someone. And then they won’t take your case even with compelling evidence. After I filled out the online form and gave them ALL of my personal information along with proof of injuries and damages. What’s the point of making me waste my time and energy? I was told that “initially the retainer was at $10k but we decided not to take your case.” If they are 1 of the few that “specialize” in mold cases, it makes no sense to me! Very disappointing! I definitely didn’t do my research on them first. With all the other negative google reviews, I should’ve read those before I kept calling them. They lack empathy and compassion for other human beings. Then the owner had a nerve to reply to my google review with a lie. Which I had to update my review with a screenshot and show it’s THEIR number. I spoke with Monique who called me from phone number 404-341-6653, which is registered to the Mold Firm. The response is an outright lie! I recorded the conversation I had with her as well. The owner (Carson Jeffries) claims it wasn’t their company that I spoke with. These are evil humans!
