Worst service I could’t receive my order I have ordered 18/10/25 still not despatch

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MOGLIX; THEY CANCELLED YOUR ORDER WITHOUT ANY REASON

I purchased a Student microscope total value was Rs.2578
and G Lab 100X OpticalsMicroscope Oil Immersion Lens,GUPTA29 of Rs 681/- from mogilx
But microscope is just like a toy lots of spot is there and so-called oilimmersion is not 100x it's only 45x.
I asked them for replacement but they try to avoid and they are not responding. Total wast of money.

i placed an order and it has been more than 10 days but no update, no answer on chat, no answer on emails, no answer on calls. i think i made a big mistake placing order with them

Moglix is the biggest cheat I have ever come across . I ordered BG03 test strips. They sent some Beurer strips while invoice was of BG03
I tried to complain on WhatsApp but it said this product can bot be exchanged or returned
I called call centre. It takes 30-40 min to connect. Then representative said u received on 25 and complaining on 27. You should have unpacking video. How can we have unpacking video. We come to know that they sent different products only after unpacking.
Thereafter I called many times but no resolution.
I suggest nobody should deal with them. They cheat customers

I am a seller on moglix last 1 year but there is no progress in my account i allot a account manager but he is not responsive, i msg hi call me he always seen but not ans. there is no chance to grow because there is no responsible person or good communication team, also moglix does not provide dirrect comminication seller support regarding anything. I am trying to connect them, and account manager but as always there is no one so choose wisely your seller platform. Moglix is not a good platform rest up to you

Sold Defective Product & Zero Support — Unsafe Geyser from Longway via Moglix

I purchased a Longway 15L geyser from Moglix in Dec 2024, and the product started leaking within the first week. Their technician gave a temporary fix, but the issue returned in 1.5 months — and then it caused an electric shock.

Despite multiple follow-ups, both Longway and Moglix delayed responses, failed to resolve the issue, and now claim “hard water” voids warranty. This is unacceptable — safety-related issues like electrical shocks cannot be brushed off like this.

The product is clearly faulty, but Moglix has washed their hands off it. Their platform should be accountable for what they sell, especially for unsafe home appliances. No refund, no replacement, no compensation — just silence or deflection.

Extremely disappointed. Not safe, not reliable.

I had to rate something so I picked 1 star, but it is absolutely a zero star product. The customer service executives are not at all helpful they take up so much of your time and the result is nothing. It’s really just disturbing the customer nothing else. The product I ordered Doesn’t work so I asked For a return. These people told me make a video of it working on grass then we will return. I assembled The machine made it work on grass took a video and they still won’t return. Said, talk to a technician on call and fix the machine. Like what????? This is absolute nonsense

VERY BAD SERVICE. ALREADY THEIR DELIVERY IS LATE ALWAYS SHOWS 8 DAYS TO DELIVER. PLUS 2 TIMES THE MATERIAL WAS NOT DISPATCH ALSO TILL THE DELIVERY DATE. STOPPED USING IT. WASTE OF TIME,SO NO POINT BEING LITTLE CHEAP THAN OTHER WEBSITES.

i purchased a mixi from moglix and i was suddenly shocked .Its stooped when i am using secondtime and give a compliant against customercare they are telling you are not having warrenty.so i lost my complete money from my pocket they were showing low price means that item not worked after return period.

Don’t not think of purchasing from Moglix. There is no way to reach them. You are entirely responsible for anything. There are many websites. Shady company
