We built our home eight years ago and, based on our builder’s recommendation, chose Moen products throughout. In that time, we experienced a few minor issues with shower faucets and a bathroom sink drain.

When I reached out to Moen, their customer service was outstanding. I provided a description and photo of the issue, and by the next day, I received confirmation that replacement parts were already on the way. The parts arrived promptly and even included clear, step-by-step installation instructions.

As a homeowner, I was truly impressed with the level of support, responsiveness, and reliability that Moen demonstrated. Their commitment to standing behind their products exceeded my expectations.

Bought a Moen kitchen faucet October 2018. It should have lasted a lot longer than 6.5 years. In Summer 2024, a leak developed at the base and I had to get parts from them (to save money and because they offer a lifetime warranty), BUT it cost me $200 in plumbing labor. Fast forward to June 2025, and the spout 'popped' off while in use, causing a geyser of water to come out! Water everywhere! And again, had to spend over $200 in plumbing labor. Bought another manufacturer's faucet, I have no trust in Moen products. While they are responsive in sending parts, that does a person no good when you have out of town guests coming in and you must have a functional kitchen sink!

Nothing but roses to throw at this company! I have a customer with a dripping faucet and the faucet is about 15 years old. I have had this same experience a few times when I have requested replacement parts from Moen for a very old faucet and it amazes me every time. I have had hassles with other manufactures trying to get parts or service for new defective products where I can show proof I have purchased the product. With Moen, I have never had an issue with replacement parts for old faucets where I cannot prove purchase. Their products have a warranty for life. When renovating bathrooms or kitchens, I insist on using only Moen products because I know they will be there if there is an issue!

I reached out multiple times regarding faucets that were put in and replaced again because of bad faucet issues but know one gets back with me. I even sent pictures

I contacted the Moen service department for a replacement part. The call service stated that the wait was 60 minutes, so, I put in a call back request. 3 days later, I'm still waiting for a call.
I then emailed the company with photos of the part I wished to replace. They answered with a request for more photos. I sent more photos. They then requested photos of the faucet attached to the sink (model number and name of the model was insufficient?) is installed in. I expect another request for a photo of my house, neighborhood and city in which this faucet is located. What a waste of my time. In the time of our correspondence, I could just replace the entire faucet unit.

We bought a Darcy model nickel finish tub and shower set in November of 2018, and installed it. It was fine for four years, and then the faucet to shower diverter stopped working. Or rather, it would divert about half of the water flow to the shower and the rest would come out of the faucet, making for a lousy low pressure shower. My husband, who is very handy, took it out and examined the inside of the faucet. I wish I could post a photo of the interior, but the metal inside was completely corroded. The metal rod that held the plastic part that diverted the water was shot. I don't know what cheap Chinese metal alloy is used by Moen, but it corrodes ridiculously fast. Four years we got out of a $180 set, not acceptable.

Absolutely horrible customer service blamed me for there brand new 300$ shower head tub faucet combo having nothing but problems. Box alone came missing parts so my local Canadian tire helped me out instead and grabbed them from another box. 300$ system has had nothing but problems and moen customer service does nothing about it even when I called about missing parts. It has a handheld and main shower head and now only the main head works. Not only that but the main head also popped off the system twice now once hitting me in the back of the head. Had a plumber look at it and he flat out told me it’s garbage. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not buy the three handle faucet for shower. This is the absolute worst piece of trash and waste of money. A day full of labor trying to get this stupid shit installed with its three valves which is useless to begin with. This is a living hell not having a working shower. Also a kitchen sink because the moen garbage didn't fit and he paid forty dollars for a replacement faucet. I found the right one at walmart for 12 dollars. The shower on this three piece DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. There is no push or pull on that garbage center piece to turn the damned shower on. I never and I mean never want to see another moen product brought in this house. Lowes wouldn't let me leave a review and then have the damned audacity to still be selling this utter trash.

Been happening for the last couple of years, every day. No reason, just a pest. I called on the phone. The lady said she would take care of it an hour later. I got one.

Moen definitely stands behind their products. I called Customer Service with an issue that I was having with a bathroom faucet. She was extremely professional, attentive and immediately said she would overnight a new faucet after I explained the problem. Received it the next morning just as promised. I would definitely recommend Moen products!

I emailed Moen about pricing for a replacement bathroom faucet that had seized and would no longer turn, not realizing they offer a life time parts warranty for original purchasers. Their Customer Service Dept. responded promptly with a shipping confirmation for a new faucet at no cost, a link to how to replace it and an 800 number for additional help.

Poor product delivery

Ordered a product and after a week no shipping confirmation. Reached out to support and they were like hmmm don't know. Took forever on the call just to verify they have my order but it never shipped. I asked to cancel so I can order through Amazon where it will ship tomorrow. They said no. Asked them to expedite shipping. They said no. They said they will ship in a few days. Save yourself the poor customer experience and order through Amazon. To be clear, this isn't the fault of the support rep, this is a problem with the system and not caring whether or not a customer gets their order after they have paid.

Junk 5 years later finish coming off should have bought a different brand

Purchased home with Moen water shutoff. Tried to update Certificate for insurance purposes. Moen app was terrible. Spent two hours on phone and finally was told the product only works on 2.4 Wi-fi system, and ours is 5.0. Old technology, poor customer service equals basically useless product.

We are tech knowledgeable, and Moen is not.

My eight year old Moen Caldwell faucet is dripping. I could not find the receipt because it was installed by the plumber. Moen is sending me replacement cartridges for free. I am a customer for life.

After few years, kitchen faucet leaked. Called for warranty. Sent us a new One but there was a missing part in the box and the plumber was unable to install. Now, They are sending us the Wrong part. We finally bought a new One but not a moen. We do not recommend.

I spoke with Kim who walked me through replacing component parts of Moen following changing the cartridge. She was patient , knowledgable and great to work with. Fivve stars!

I bought a new pull down faucet in 2012. The pull down braided hose started leaking so I called Moen. They sent me everything I needed at no cost. It doesn’t get better than that! Thank you Moen.
