They won’t change it if they provide a faulty replacement
Had screen on MacBook replaced and a few months later it began to malfunction, it continued to malfunction even after an attempted reconnection, so I sent it off to get replaced as it was faulty. They told me it would take 4 days, it didn’t which I wasn’t bothered by as long as it was fixed however, it was returned back to me exactly the same and a badly worded message telling me that there was nothing wrong with it even though I had provided them with lots of video and photographic evidence. Seems like they genuinely don’t care and the service getting my computer back was abismal, it had been over a week and I was being ignored and when I was finally answered I was told the person dealing with my computer was off sick, they could have at least let me know and not left me in the dark whilst in possession of my expensive computer. Would have recommended to begin with but this whole ordeal has really changed my mind.

iPhone 11 Pro Max
I had my iPhone 11 Pro Max fixed from here , the back was fully smashed , he fixed my phone the same day and didn’t take long to do it , also gave me a case and protector too , best place to take your faulty phone or to purchase anything , excellent service highly recommended!!

Strongly recommended
Have used Mobile Gadgets UK twice for two different devices and would recommend to anyone. Even if it Gad cost more it would still be good value for the service and quality provided.

Got my phone repaired at Mobile Gadgets. Had prior appointment for the work. The Technician promptly replaced the spare part in my phone and it was ready within half an hour. Also I got tips to keep the phone in good condition and voucher to spend in my next visit. Liked their service and would recommend them to my friends and family..

Awesome service received from mobile gadgets Uk. Arrived at my home to replace an iPad mini screen which was carried out in the van outside the property. iPad was fixed and back within the hour. Very reasonable and efficient service. Will be using again in the future.

I had somehow cracked my OnePlus 5T…
I had somehow cracked my OnePlus 5T screen and there was no display. I could tell the phone was on but that's all. I found Mobile Gadgets from an online search and the reviews were all very positive. I didn't want to send my phone off to the vendor as they wipe your phone and I didn't want to leave my phone with anyone for a few days. The service Mobile Gadgets offered was perfect in that they would make a house call and fix my phone.
Was a 1:1 service without the expensive price.
I received regular updates soon as I registered my issue with them to arrange a time to suit. Malik came the same day and replaced my screen.
Malik was a really professional and genuine guy. Even offered a no quibble 7 day guarantee on the screen. Even put on a free screen protector.

False advertising
False advertising, they do not offer 6 months warranty when getting your phone fixed from them.
I got a battery replacement and they provided a faulty one and refused to repair.

Did a great job replacing screen on a very damaged Google Pixel 4a. Repair completed on the same afternoon and very helpful with care tips. Good communication and provided a 6 month warranty on the repair, would recommend

Brilliant and professional service
Brilliant and professional service. Very transparent about the repair process throughout. Laptop had a charging problem and it was fixed very quickly. Gave sound advice about future maintenance.
