My phone screen was completely busted, not even working let alone responsive. Got in contact with via email, and was quoted a v reasonable price for repair. Callout service fixed it same day the technician was lovely and replaced my screen in 35-40 mins. Absolutely would recommend, great team and service.

Replaced my mobile screen same day while I was waiting and service was excellent and very professional. Very active communication. Explained all the process in details before hand and also the new screen fitted is great and works like new. 6 months warranty is also very handy and gives you peace of mind. Highly recommended.

I was in such a panic after I dropped my phone ! I contacted the team late on a wed night and had an immediate response , which these days is rare , I was offered a walk in appointment the next day or a call out at an amazing price ! With concession to the NHS , great customer service , and my phone was fixed in my coffee break , would recommend this service 1000 %

Service is super quick they came straight to my apartment just before I had my interview and fixed my phone screen in 15mins. I was very happy. There was however a fault with static right after repair which i reported and they attempted to help resolve it for me free of charge which I appreciated. However the replacement of screen did not rectify issue. So they informed me they would have to pick my phone up in 2 days time at 9am and return it that evening/night at around 7-9pm. Now this of course terrified me as the one reason I don’t use apple services is because of the long time without your phone. So frantically after realising that it’s only the front camera with the static audio recording I decided to hit google again and thankfully the first resolution worked! So I no longer required any assistance. Overall though good service and quite speedy. I think this hiccup I had was very much an unfortunate one off.

Excellent service, lovely friendly knowledgeable man and affordable prices. I having been going there for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. He has just fixed my i-pad for me which I am more than pleased with. I need a new mobile phone and I will be having it from him and as I'm not that savy with hi-tech and I know he will set and sort it all out for me.
