I was trying to find a dress at 1am and getting frustrated because of sizing questions and unable to log into my account.. .Dolly from MissesDressy started online chart and asked me if she could help me. She was very helpful and just above all, I was surprised and thankful that they actually work at night too!!!
I ordered a Sherri Hill dress and unfortunately I have to wait for almost three months to get it. They told me that is when the designer promised to ship them... That is the only thing I am not so happy. Anyway, Dolly is awesome.

I ordered a bridal dress from misses dressy and was assisted by Dolly. She kindly answered several questions per mail and even called me (US to Europe conversation) to confirm the details of the order.
Hopefully, this great service will continue till I will get my dress in 4 month (dress needs to be made by the designer first)!
Be aware though, that you have to fill in an address confirmation form providing an ID (for instance a driver’s license).

Amazing service

I had filed a BBB claim after this organization admitted that they shipped a replacement on a dress instead of a store credit. Instead of intercepting the package I had to refuse delivery. Unrelated-- UPS messed up on the delivery date to refuse this package.

UnaYzha helped me with using the store credit. She understood my requests exactly and was easy to online chat with. I use online chat to place orders because the website asks for credit card FIRST before seeing the order summary (when i had a credit to use).

She was very polite. PLEASE NOTE ON STORE CREDITS THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. WE WENT TO A LOCAL STORE FIRST TO VIEW THE DRESS AND SIZE MEASUREMENTS. I JUST HOPE IT DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE DRESS. tHE FIRST DRESS PURCHASED HAD A MISLEADING PHOTO AND THEN THE SEAM IN THE BACK WASNT RIGHT. i AM NO SEAMSTRESS BUT IT WASNT ACCEPTABLE.

I was helped by Unayzha in returning a dress for a store credit. She immediately asked how she could help me and let me through the process of the return. I barely had to do anything, but choose a dress and other items to fill my store credit! She placed the order and everything. She allowed me to take my time in choosing my items.
