Used Mir solicitors for my dealing with buying my property. Excellent work would advice others to use.

I recently used Mir Solicitors to purchase a property. They have provided me with a very good service and everything would have been completed within the space of 2 months if only there was not a problem from the sellers side. Mehnaz is a friendly professional with good communication who kept me informed and updated me on every step by phone calls or emails if I ever missed her calls. I had no problems from Mir Solicitors and would definitely recommend to others. Keep up the good work!

Having used John Hamilton and colleagues before, I had no hesitation in using them again to move properties. They were fantastic, keeping me updated at every point during the process, very professional and friendly. I had a point of contact at all times and could not have been happier with the service they provided. I would highly recommend John and his team. Thank you to them for making it a smooth transition taking the stress away from me.

Purchase of my house went through no problems, but I am still waiting for confirmation from the estates management company that the land deeds have been put into my name. The management company won’t speak to me because I’m not on their records. John states he has done everything he should, but surely following through and making sure everything is completed properly is the right cause action. The other parties solicitor has been sending emails to John and his assistant, as well as the management company contacting them. For weeks I have been told it will be dealt with and he will get back to me but I have heard nothing. I asked for someone else to deal with this but was contacted by John who rudely stated ‘other people might have received the sent emails, but he had not and that was all that mattered’. Sorry but if everyone else included on them received bar John, that suggests the emails have been overlooked or deleted before being responded to.

The firm and John were recommended by someone I thought was a friend but has turned out to be a fraudster and I honestly wish I had not listened to her and found a different company.

I’m disgusted at the way I was treated by mr Idris Mir. He is nothing but a bully looking for financial gain.

I will be reporting him to the law society.

Fantastic service from Mr Mir when dealing with my new Commercial lease. We had a very short deadline and he pulled out all the stops to have it dealt with professionally and in time for our move. 5 stars all round, we will certainly be sending any legal matters to Mir Solicitors in the future. I went here help in a divorce settlement issue and high fees and prolonged my case to rack up unjust fees. I feel he is dishonest man 👨 and I feel swindled by him

We instructed Mir Solicitors to handle the sale and purchase of our home and could not be happier with the service we received. After 5 months of using a national conveyancing firm it became obvious to us that they were completely incompetent and would never get us to completion. In the 5 months of using them, we didn't speak to our case handler once, nothing was explained to us and any work they did on our case was late, unthorough and communicated to us in the briefest possible manner, if at all.
We decided to switch solicitors to use a local firm and after calling a few, we knew right away that Mir were what we were looking for. They answered the phone in two rings and less than a minute later I was speaking to John, a qualified solicitor who took the time to talk to me in great detail about our options. We instructed them to take over our case and the level of service we received afterwards from John and Shabbana was everything we hoped it would be. They would always answer calls right away and take the time to update us in a friendly and professional manner. Unfortunately, other parties in our chain were using large conveyancing firms, similar to the one we had used previously, and so it proved to be an immense challenge to get to completion. We did finally do it however, and that is absolutely down to John and Shabbana and the team at Mir. We would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend anyone to do the same.

I am currently using Mir solicitors for my divorce. They have not only been great to deal with but very reassuring, compassionate and reasonable on cost. Whilst going though my divorce I have heard many horror story's of other peoples experiences, mostly about the solicitor's they have used. Thankfully this has not been my experience. Emma has always been contactable, advised me when needed and never requesting money to do so. She has been a huge support at what has been a very difficult time. I would highly recommend this firm.

RUBBISH SERVICE!!!! This firm has gone down hill over the years. Once they built a reputation, they now treat people like dirt off a shoe! I contacted Martin Lamb and somebody called John to direct me regarding my situation with something. Martin had the cheek ignored me for weeks on end. What a lazy bugger. Martin is also never in the office to speak to, numerous voicemails left and no answer. Bunch of time wasters. Typical Bradford Asian Ran Firm. Don't even bother with them! These people have ZERO people skills. I am going to take my business else were!

I want to thankyou Mir solicitors, especially Martin and Mehnaz. This was a 2 part service: sale of my house and purchase of new one. The service was exceptional every step of the way. The other party threw few obstacles along the way but Martin acted in my best interest and protected me 100%.
Due to my work schedule Martin would often fit me in his lunch time even at short notice.
I have dealt with many solicitors personally and for family member, not always a good experience. The impression I got from the Mir solicitors was a happy, respectful and professional environment.
I have really been blown away with the service I recieved.
I will certainly use again and I will highly recommending them to all friends and colleagues.

Why did I not use this firm before!?? My mum passed away recently, and I needed a solicitor to handle an extremely delicate and personal matter, pertaining to my mothers estate.
