Bike seized up because I didn't know i had to top up before 500 miles. Once ordered, used the oil amd now bike is fully working

Very expensive and not sure what's in this oil that differs from other oils, it says its been specially developed for it but how ? Plus postage n package was charged too. Disappointing but I know if I had used another oil I probably had my bike guarantee null n void.
