These are the worst sheets. I just put them on my son’s bed. With in 5 minutes of going to bed he was downstairs asking me to change his sheets back. His review in the sheets… they feel like sand paper. I completely agree with him. Worst sheets ever!

Bought our sheets just over 2 years ago. We loved them, they feel nice and cool when you get in bed and fit our purple mattress pretty well. Unfortunately, after Just over 2 years of use (closer to an actual 365 days since we switched out every 2 weeks) the fitted sheet has worn and torn where our feet rested in the bed. I contacted the xompany and they said there's nothing they can do since it's out of warranty now and they don't sell just a fitted sheet. You'd think something with this price point would last longer. I'm not interested in purchasing again for a product that has way less life than our other sheets.

These are the worst scratchiest sheets I have ever had and I was mislead by this company when I purchased them. I thought I only paid around $50 and was charged $195! I am told I got an "upgrade" absolutely NO. I am told I was charged for a two year warranty... Who on earth would pay for a warranty on sheets? The worse experience I have ever had with online purchase.

I just received my sheet set with "3 free towels". If I can upload how cheaply made these are you can see for yourself. There was one regular size towel and 2 washcloths. Yes, they were "free" but a bit misleading which makes this review a 1. The sheets feel a bit too thin for cooling sheets. The price is way too high for the low quality.

I have never been more disappointed in anything than these sheets. They are are not soft and I have a hole on one end after 3 washes. Don’t waste your money!!!!

I ordered two queen size sets. One of the fitted sheets has frayed. I reached out to miracle sheets and got a measly $25 refund. The pillowcases are too small for a regular sized pillow.
While the fabric is comfortable the quality is less than good. Again, tiny pillow cases. Wouldn’t order from them again.

Sheets are terrible. Not to mention you can't get off their mailing list. Absolute garbage spamming company.

I am not sleeping better, still tossing and turning and still sweating. These sheets are a farce. They do not help at all! DO NOT fall for the story like I did! Just a fair warning, These sheets claim to be a miracle because they have silver threads?! No Miracle here! I would stay clear of this company!

EDIT: On 5/25/26 Teddy in customer service read this review and made my experience better by saying the Co. has issued a full refund and to keep the Sheets.
I have changed my star rating from 1 to 5. Things are looking up and getting better! Thank you Teddy

These sheets are not anything like advertised. The sheets do not stay on the mattress because the elastic is too loose, the pillowcases are too small, 4” shorter than normal pillowcases. They are not cooling and the fabric is rough. I’m very unhappy with them.

These sheets are scratchy and hot. Trying to return them within their 30 return guarantee and every email to the company comes back as undeliverable. Is this a scam?? Do not buy these sheets! Wish I had read these reviews first.

EDIT: received one reply asking for a review, one reply asking if I would keep them for 25% off and only received the actual return label and instructions as a result of this Trustpilot review.

Sure wish I'd read Trust Pilot reviews before I paid $139 for these sheets. I haven't even USED them yet and I'm disappointed. First, the "Free 3 Piece Towel Set" has strands of thread coming out all over the towel and 2 washcloths. I can imagine what THAT will look like after a wash or two! And the sheets.... OMG... THEY SMELLED SO BAD I HAD TO PUT THEM IN THE WASH MACHINE RIGHT AWAY. I am nauseated from the smell. Not sure I've ever smelled anything like it, but its repulsive! Its not laundry day yet, but i cant even go into my laundry room, cuz now the entire room stinks. WHAT DID I GET MYSELF INTO???

These sheets do the opposite of what they promise. They are scratchy and hot. The shell company based in Canada will not refund the cost for dissatisfaction with the product. A big-time scam- don’t buy them!!

I ordered the sheets and within 20 minutes sent an email to cancel. No response.
Emailed the next day to cancel. No response.
Called their customer service phone number. Rang 62 times, no one picked up.
Will be charging back the charge. In my opinion, this company feels like a scam

I was sent the wrong size. So I called. No answer. Over and over. So I try online. Sure, someone will get back to me IF I PAY $5 within 7 days. Wtf kind of customer service is this?

They do not take returns. They are not trustworthy. Do not ever buy their products.

Placed an order 11/12/2025 for KING Silver/Grey Clean & Cool SHEETS, with FREE 3pc Towel Set for $129.09.
Returned both sheets and towels. On 12/9 I received a PayPal refund for $18. Emailed them several times with no good response. Will never order from them or their subsidiaries again. Terrible customer service and no refund.

I have owned MiracleMade sheets for years and loved them for their cooling performance. My recent order was clearly not the same product.

Customer service confirmed these are “Generation 3” sheets, yet nowhere on the website or product listing was this communicated. The cooling feel and fabric quality are significantly different from prior versions.

When I requested a refund after discovering the change, it was denied because it was past 30 days. The issue is not timing — it’s transparency. If a company materially changes its product, customers should be informed.

I can no longer recommend these sheets based on my recent experience.

I bought Miracle Made sheets in May 2024 for about $140.45 and less than a year the bottom flat sheet just split an tore apart. Absolutely horrible content and wear. I did not even use them on a weekly basis but would use others to save on wear. I contacted them May 2025 and never heard back. I would never use them again and do NOT recommend their sheets or towels,very flimsy and thin quality.

The sheets and pillowcases come out of the dryer completely horrendous. It took me an hour and a half to Iron 4 pillowcases with Bounce Ironing Spray(which i love) Thank Goodness I had the spray. I wish I had taken a picture. So Disappointed

Worked great until the 30 day warranty was over. It was almost 30 days exactly before I noticed i was waking up after a couple of hrs hot. The 1st 30 days they were great. They kept me cool so I could sleep all night. They were the most expensive sheets I bought and now I use them as rags. The issue from day one was they were wrinkled after washing and I had to iron the top flat. I only did the top hem since that's what bothered me.
