Absolute trash store hidden prices to rip you off
Absolute trash store, they had the wrong prices on all the plushy's and instead of honoring it, they made us return it and would not out of the price which is actually illegal. Don't both going here they try to rip you off. I just left the store in Novi Michigan at Twelve Oaks Mall and they give you nothing but excuses.

HORRIBLE experience today with the store Miniso!!! I asked simply if I could split the payments, put 20$ on my card, and the rest on my credit card. HE CHARGED THE WHOLE AMOUNT!! Taking out all the money in my bank account and I am a student. Instead of apologizing, he told me he couldn't refund it, and told me it was my fault for not using my credit card first. lol I've done this plenty of times, never has happened to me. Any smart employee would have typed in 20$ or at least apologized. Never EVER coming back.

Online and in store: The tale of two halves
This company almost seems to be run as two different bodies. On the one side, when I’ve gone in store, the staff and polite and helpful and I’ve not had a bad experience. On the other hand, their online store can only be described as the equivalent of flipping a coin to see if they have what you order.
I’ve ordered online from them twice and both times I’ve been refunded, as they didn’t have the products in stock. It seems that the online store isn’t being kept up to date properly and lists items that they don’t have as in stock, even items which are brand new. They did email a discount code the second time, though I’m not sure I’m too interested in trying to order from their website a third time now.

Vergüenza de tienda, de servicio al cliente, de vendedores. Es totalmente una estafa, que te cobran por un pedido que nunca llega, eso sí te cobran rapidito el pedido. If you receive damaged or missing items, there is no customer service to help you. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored.
I ordered an item which arrived damaged a month ago now and I have still yet to receive any form of reply from anyone at miniso!
Terrible, do not buy online
Ordered several items, was refunded for some before order was dispatched, no details of what was coming and what had been dispatched, just miscellaneous refund to bank from miniso. Items arrived, one broken, filled in support form - no reply. Tried again - no reply. Contacted the Instagram page, they chased the support team. Still no contact, I let the IG team know and they chased again. Support team contacted me to say they HAD refunded me. They hadn't, they had refunded for a similar item not dispatched, so I sent them another e mail and attached photos and web links. Still no reply. Contacted the IG page again. It continues.... 6 weeks on.
Do not use the online store if you actually want your items
Ordered some presents for a friends birthday on the 4th. Had a confirmation email. A few days went by and the items hadn’t been shipped so I emailed them to see where my order was. I then had an email to say that they had a technical problem and that they will be dispatching my order asap, this is was not in response to my email this was just a email they sent out to those affected. Then a couple days later I get an email about my apparent refund request and that I will be refunded in a few days I hadn’t requested this so I emailed them, no response still.
When I got the refund I reordered some of the items and added some extras as other items were out of stock as I still wanted to get my friend these items for his birthday. I then get ANOTHER email to say that I have been partially refunded and they let me know that some items were out of stock (even though on the website they still appear in stock). They then shipped the rest of the items. I then ordered some extra bits to make up for the items refunded. I ordered these on the 14th and am yet to receive a dispatch email.
I have no idea what I will be receiving in the post at this point from Miniso. They aren’t responding to any of my emails. I really hope these items come soon as my friends birthday was on the 7th so this is running very late.
I will update my review when I receive my items.
Totally ripped off - like so many others
So strange - I had exactly the same experience as Emma - item I ordered express delivery didn’t turn up and instead I was sent a broken item and one I didn’t order. Emailed to complain and a response came within seconds saying they would send what I actually ordered “soon”. A week later nothing has happened and I’ve had no response to my follow-up email asking when it would arrive. Something odd is going on - don’t order online is my advice, you’ll just get ripped off like so many of us have been. Wouldn’t buy in-store now either given their complete lack of ethics and honesty. Sad.

Ordered on the 31st of May order arrived today one item damaged poorly packaged and one item not what I ordered!!! Husband wanted me to email them but after showing him the reviews already made that there is no chance of hell of me getting my items replaced I’m not going to bother damaged item thrown in the bin!!! Only purchase from the stores itself, i have shopped at the stores and thought the same excellent customer service would be the same has the website WRONG!!! GIVE THE WEBSITE A VERY WIDE BIRTH!!!!!!!!!!!

Appalling! Missing items & damaged!
Appalling! Items missing, items damaged as they simply throw everything into a plastic bag! No response back from emails and voicemail. Wish I had read the reviews but as I have been good service in the store I would’ve thought it would be the same online! Clearly not! Avoid at all costs! Doesn’t even deserve one star! They do not care about items being damaged just the money being taken! Birthday gifts look awful!
Customer service is not a priority
I bought 2 Powerpuff Girls plushies on the website because they don't stock them in most of the stores. I got 2 pillows instead. Been trying to contact them since 2nd of May trying to exchange or return the pillows. I've received an answer on the 12th May that they could exchange or return the items. I've answered back saying I would like to return the pillows and I've been waiting for a response since then. Calling the number it's no use because it's just a record message. Been to 2 stores and no one could help me. At this point, I've gave up and put the pillows on Vinted to try and sell them. Never using the website ever again. They're customer service is awful and not a priority, clearly.

Ieri ora di pranzo siamo stati nel negozio per acquistare dei pensierini alla nostra nipotina, ma a parte aver trovato il negozio pieno di polvere sulla maggior parte degli oggetti, il problema e’ stata la commessa super svogliata, maleducata con i clienti che le chiedevano informazioni, e si è messa pure a urlare alla gente di fare attenzione.
Arrivata io alla cassa ho chiesto di togliere i prezzi per i regali ma mi stava lasciando dentro la busta sigillata lo scontrino. Meno male che me ne sono accorta. E’ stata la commessa più antipatica e svogliata che abbia mai visto il 40 anni! Sicuramente non tornerò in questo negozio in futuro. Anche quando stavamo uscendo altre persone come noi stavano facendo stesse affermazioni
