This dress is amazing! It fit exactly as I needed it to and I'd the perfect length! The chiffon skirt is just a little lighter than the blouse but it still looks beautiful. I love it! The blouse has a zipper in the back that isn't very noticeable and the skirt has a short zipper and snap closure that holds it up. It accentuates my figure nicely and I'm very excited to wear it!

Dress was received after one month so too late for my event. I tried to cancel my order but they would not let me. It arrived eventually and it is not the colour I ordered and they do not accept returns. They asked me to keep it for another event. Telephone number does not work. I have asked the bank to do a charge back process.

Poor quality goods total rip off. Avoid this site like the plague.

I have just received my custom made dress I choose Hunter Green which is beautiful. The dress is very well made and fits perfectly apart from the straps I have small shoulders so they are too long and to wide I will need to have tem adjusted along with the bust it needs stiching down as I have a large bust.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter, paid extra for the 5 - 8 day delivery. The dress never arrived. They kept saying they needed more time to complete it and basically fobbing me off. This company is not in London, it is just a mailbox in London. They are based in China. The contact number doesn't work and once you have placed your order, the live chat stops working. I had to get my money back through PayPal. This is a total scam, avoid!

Ordered a prom dress from this company thinking it was from UK but found out the dresses are made in China
Order in the 3 june just arrived today 25 June and nothing like the dress in picture.
No ribbons and bad workmanship.
Would not buy from them ever again be warned there returns policy sucks too
Just glade I paid by credit card please do not use pay pal as I was told they favour the company or any other payment method as you will be fighting for a refund

Awful company. Quality of clothes are disgraceful. Clothes are not as described on their website. And company has very poor customer service's. Clothes cone from China not UK.

Bought a dress for my daughter's prom. Poor fit and now the refuse a refund. Very rude emails in response and non existent customer service. Avoid.

Please please be aware of this site, they take ur money and send faulty dresses, claiming they sent out the dress to ur measurement provided. Then send out pictures claiming here are ur measurement and this is what was sent to u. A dress on a mannequin. Come on, are these same pictures sent to all ur customers that u cheat? Beware then they send u silly offers of discount to keep the dress. Or offer u more discount after argument and then send the dress back to them. Ok I have taken them to the dispute on PayPal, waiting for decision of PayPal to make. Ok I win as I have proof of dress and measurement made 10inches short to my sizes I provided. Ok so PayPal decides I get a full refund for my dress once dress is sent by recorded delivery and proof of receipt. I don't agree why did I have to pay £89.61 to send this dress back to China? They state they are UK SELLERS! Now it wasn't my mistake or error in this faulty dress made. Means I lost out in the end by returns amount of £89.61. Please please always check reviews before u buy. They are not UK SELLERS AND WILL COST U A FORTUNE TO SEND BACK , EVEN IF ITS THERE FAULT!

Still have not received items - tracking number doesn't work. I am trying to get a refund.

I ordered a dress Feb 21,2010 for a June 5 wedding,adding $50.00 for express delivery.The money was paid to Feng Yu that day.Since then,there have been no replies to any of my e-mails,the phone numbers don't work,and the tracking number doesn't.Prior to my paying,all my e-mails were promptly answered by Annie.I tried e-mailing via Ciderella Bridal,their ebay store,to no avail.I'm spreading the word about this site.
