I was served by Sarah at the Southend branch and what a breath of fresh air she was! Sarah was friendly and extremely helpful from the off.Listening, guiding me without being pushy, after I explained I was looking to getting back to hill walking/longer walking after a recovering hip replacement.So thank you 🙏

Everything was very reasonably priced with lots of selection. Amy the assistant in the Southen branch was very well informed and very helpful
