Millets - Hexham Recenzje 

I was collecting a click and collect item, such a good idea as the shop is too small to stock everything you sell online.
Two young men were at the counter, one went to get it while the other checked my order on my phone, they obviously got on very well and were both so helpful and chatty, my second top review for this branch!

Last week I went to the Millets store in Hexham. Both assistants were having a social chat ( not with a customer ) I said I was looking for a pair of ladies trousers size 12 with lots of pockets. I was shown several pairs which were then attached to rail and told to look at them, The way the trousers were folded I was having trouble getting them off the hangers. I had to go back to the assistant to ask for help. I told her I had Parkinsons and needed more help - she didn’t seem interested and gave the impression that carrying on her conversation at the till was more important.I eventually bought a pair which I will have to return. obviously she had no training in helping with disabled people. DIsability comes in different guises. - I have trouble with manual dexterity and also retaining information regarding detailed information I had asked for
A smile and cheerful help would have made my visit so much better.

The delivery process was really quick, I received the tent I ordered within a couple of days which was vital as I was going on a camping holiday within the same week. I also received a generous 15% welcome bonus for opening a millets account, the tent is top quality and great value when the bonus was added. I’d highly recommend millets for all campers!

Really helpful staff. I returned an unopened boot care product (not suitable for G-tex) and was very well advised on hiking socks. Jay and his assistant were very helpful.

This is a very good outdoor clothing and equipment shop in the heart of Hexham. Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Its not a big shop but it really delivers.

I was looking for waterproof walking shoes but didn’t really have any idea what I wanted. The staff were incredibly supportive and friendly. The advice that I received was superb. I tried several pairs before settling on the Merrel Accentor shoes. They were reasonably priced as well as very comfortable. I have shopped in here several times over the years and always been impressed by the level of support and knowledge offered by the staff as well as the range of products on offer.

Millets and it seems Every other outlet asks for donations to charities.
I understand the uptick yo your brand where you can bost to the world how good you are.
However the customer pay the bill not you.

Your shop staff often have to apologise for this intrusion on what was to the customer an unwellcome begging letter.

It has a detrimental view in my eyes and give me more reason to stop shopping with you.

Assistant very helpful and patient!I was exchanging some shorts but the size I wanted wasn’t available in the store.She went on line and arrange for some to be delivered to my home address.
