Staff are very good and attentive. Buying hiking boots Millet has the best selection in Guernsey. Prices higher than 'tinternet but allowed to take boots home and walk about to make sure OK. RaG

Walking boots - ask someone who has tried them out himself
We appreciated our helpful shop assistant (the one with a bushy beard) for his technical knowledge and personal experience (as a regular walker) with various grades of footwear. Brought out the various items and gave us time to choose

Utterly Amazing
Went to Millets Guernsey yesterday and was served by Dan. He was lovely, very helpful without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable and happy to be patient when I was trying shoes.

Every staff member was helpful and had the knowledge required to give trusted advice on certain equipment for my gold DofE expedition. I was served by Peter and they were very very helpful and friendly. Millets is my number 1 place to go for all things DofE. Everything is worth its value.

Knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff
Great visit to Millets Guernsey today. I needed to kit my son out with various pieces of kit for a DofE expedition. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff (Aaliyah and her colleague), and good value for quality items - even better with my son’s DofE discount. My son said he was really pleased that we had gone in, in person, rather than shop online, as we got good advice and he knows everything fits well and is suitable for his expedition.

Great customer service at Millets Guernsey
I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner, assisted promptly, my item was taken to the till for when I was ready to pay, while I was left to freely browse the shop. The other assistant on the till was also as friendly and professional as the first one who served me. I was very happy with my purchase and shopping experience that day, it was so nice, as this kind of customer service is face nowadays. Well done Millets team Guernsey. Really helpful service. I (or rather my children) were not very decisive over which shoes to buy but Dan was super at giving us options. Couldn’t have hoped for better service.
