Staff were friendly and helpful. I bought wellies and a waterproof walking jacket in the recent sale - bargain. The Peter Storm Lakeside jacket is lovely and definitely waterproof!
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the sales lady needed to order the jacket in my size online and I didn't realise it hadn't come up with the sale price until after I left the shop. The problem was rectified in a helpful manner but took a lengthy time to sort.

I needed some guidance on the item I was looking for, and Adele was really very helpful. She showed me some alternatives and discussed the pros and cons of the two brands.
