Good service
I had to return a faulty umbrella and had thrown away the receipt. It is always frustrating when this happens. The manager handled the issue promptly, with no fuss, and spent time looking at the other umbrellas with me, to see if there was anything I would prefer. His knowledge of the brands and recommendations were very helpful.

The manager today was amazing
The manager today was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He took his time and even looked into the specifications for us. Ther was no rushing of pressure from him. A very kind gentleman.

Great visit to Bath store today
Great visit to Bath store today. James was really helpful and advised me how to care for the down jacket I’d just bought to help make it last and keep it protected. I bought a protection kit from the store too on James’ suggestion. Great asset to the store and really helpful to every question I had.

Very helpful staff at Millets - Bath
I visited Millets Bath with a specific question without high hopes for a solution. However, James and Gary were patient, understanding and very helpful. James fully resolved my problem and I was very grateful. It is rare to find such friendly and supportive, professional and helpful people, and I am grateful for their time and effort. When you visit Bath and need something for ever-changing weather, I recommend popping into Millets - Bath. The staff are amazing!
