It really says something when I could have WALKED from my house to Mellesima's unit in Bordeaux faster than the month it has taken them to pick a box of 6 bottles of champagne off the shelf, lob a sticker on it and get it to me. How is it even possible to operate so slowly? Who wants to wait a month for delivery? They may have been marginally cheaper than next day delivery on Amazon but the celebrations that the champagne were for are now distant memories but what I won't forget is never to use Millesima again. Sadly the delivery was nearer to 5 weeks (actually 4 weeks 4 days) rather than the stated 2-3 weeks.
Otherwise ok, but be prepared to wait over a month.

Unfair !
Unfortunately, my experience with your company is a very negative one. And mainly the way I was treated was highly unacceptable. One bottle broken and plenty of wine on the other bottles. The reaction of Millésima : you signed off (which is not the case) and we do not have any responsibility. Pictures have been sent of the damaged delivery, but no results. We feel treated in a very unfair manner.

As May 1st was a public holiday in France, we got back to you on May 2nd to inform you that the customs clearance process was underway, which enabled us to organize a first delivery attempt on the 4th and a final delivery on May 7th.
