Very long time to delivery, the quality is really bad nothing like picture, also don't have the belt the fabric is very very thin

this company sale fake clothing we spaned over 100 $ order for 3 weak got a childers shirts very poor it is bad.....

Literally worst piece of material I’ve ever seen. Bought an XL and this wouldn’t fit a child. They wouldn’t give me a full refund either. Stay away

Following is my email to Milanolegacy after receiving my shirt. Thank goodness it was a relatively modest purchase. CHEAP merchandise I will probably give away.

My shirt order arrived yesterday from Milanolegacy and I was not positively impressed.

The manufacturer's tag had obviously been CUT OFF. There was NO LABEL whatsoever, and it arrived crushed and shipped in a cheap plastic bag.

The shirt itself is light weight and looks and feels cheap. It arrived with the appearance and presentation of an old garment that was being tossed out.

I have purchased a lot of merchandise online - and this is the most disappointing. It's time for an online review.

Item never arrived, all I received was a card saying thank you for your purchase in a small packet. The tracked item was a card!!! Not a package with 3 lots of clothing sets. This was classed as a delivered item and they refused to refund and so did the bank.

I ordered two Italian Linen Shirts on 06/29/2025; order # ML27106. The company address displayed is in Bavaria. The shirts came from China, are of inferior material, and did not arrive until 07/18/2025.

This company is a total ripoff!

I strongly advise that you do not order from this company. Firstly, it took almost 7 weeks for my "Spring Coat," to arrive. I was told that this was due to frequent shipping delays that they were experiencing. The tracking number that they provided never worked. Next, when the coat finally arrived it was not the color ordered and looked terrible. The hood pulls were both completely frayed on the ends and looked improperly cut. Finally, when I contacted the company regarding returning for a refund I was given a complete run around. They just kept offering for me to keep the coat and they would give me money off on future orders. I was very clear that I would not be spending further money with their company. I have yet to get any resolution from them. Save your money and frustration and do not order from Milano Legacy.

BUYER BEWARE! You may never even get your order. They say 7-12 days, but after 2 weeks of waiting still no item! They respond to emails, but not with anything actionable.

scam … ordered many weeks ago and not heard anything since. Tried to contact the company via the email supplied, with no response. AVOID.

Scam company. Ordered a 2 piece and they emailed to say the delivery driver couldn’t reach me and to provide and number even tho they had my number on my order. Still waiting for this “call” from the delivery company and no item 4 weeks later. No response on their customer service email to 3 of my messages now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a jacket almost a month ago and it still is not here. It does not give any indication how long they will be until AFTER you submit your order, and then they say "7-12 days". Been a month. Have complained to them and the automated message says that someone will get back to me and never do. So glad I didn't spend more. This company should be forced to cease operations, as the other reviews are similar. Not fair, and I am very disappointed to feel that I have likely been cheated. I will, in the future, read reviews about a company before I hit 'submit', that is for sure. That seems to be the only GOOD thing about Milano Legacy. They teach?!?

I ordered a shirt and after reading reviews decided to cancel the order, it did not ship at this point yet they refused to cancel because the system was automated and could not be stopped. They cannot prove it was shipped and still refuse to cancel and refund my payment,

SCAM. Sweater sized for XXL arrived with no tags all all. Sized for perhaps a 10-year-old average size child? I'm going to try to return, but not feeling good about my chances. I hate being taken advantage of.

Total Chinese Scam Company

This company is a joke when it comes to customer service. They didn't include the correct shipping address and have been useless in either getting me my order and/or refund. They expect me to do that. These are made in China not Italy. Don't order from this company. Terrible. Still waiting for them to resolve their error but not counting on it.

The website shows quality clothes and implies
they are made in Italy. The spring coat came in
a small bag. The coat has no labels on it whatsoever.
Does not say what the item is made of. The material
is cheap. Does not look like the coat in the ad,
The tracking shows it came from China. A complete rip-off!

The company are a complete joke .. they have sent the wrong size so I have asked the company to compensate and pay for the post.
I have emailed them numerous times with no response..I might as well as have flushed my money down the drain!!!

5 weeks in and still no delivery. Glad to hear most people actually get something delivered, even it is crap. Anxiously still waiting :)

So, I did receive product after 6-7 weeks. Product itself was good especially after reading reviews of awful sizing and quality. Mine was fine. It's just the wait time was waaaaaaaaay to long. Bought a winter item that I won't get to wear until next winter.
