Every time I use Mifsuds I get great service and very friendly staff.

Thanks to all the Mifsuds Team. Excellent service. Kate and Matt helped with my order (going mirrorless). Order dispatched and received as stated (DPD). One item on backorder but was chased and received. I was kept informed all the way. I live close to another big Photo distributer but going to Brixham - no problem. If I am that way I will pop in and thank you personally. What's better than 5 Stars?

Highly satisfied. I called to confirm that my choice of camera bag was of suitable size for my camera and longer lenses. It was in the post within minutes of me ordering it. It arrived the next day.

I also discussed another type of camera I was interested in. Mifsuds, although having this type in stock, recommended an alternative model that they knowingly didn’t stock which better suited my needs.

I have recently had dealings with this shop, the staff are all friendly and professional. I have no problems recommending Mifsuds.

Purchased a D500 through there ebay shop, received it this morning only to find the sensor has dust marks all over it , tried to phone the shop but like many shop's these days they are hiding behind covid and you can only email them and not actually speak to someone ( they had my number and couldn't even call me back ) , the only option they gave me was to send it back and they would clean it , despite the advert clearly saying that the sensor has been cleaned , when I stated that I really didn't want to go down that line I was told it's that or start a refund with ebay. I had asked if i could get it done locally and send them the invoice but was told that was not an option, so now i have to now pay someone else to clean it !!!! great product but sadly let down by poor customer service

I have just bought a new Canon lens for my camera after having to wait a long time before they were in stock. A fault of Canon and the current situation. They contacted me immediately upon it being available and put the lens to one side for me.
They have given me a lot of good advice in the past, and sorted out various photography problems.

I was on their waiting list for a Canon RF 100 mm Macro lens.

Just used Mifsuds to trade in Nikon D750 and a couple zoom lenses Had a very prompt quote and price seemed reasonable so proceeded.
They arranged for DPD to pick up the parcel and got reply confirming the amount and the money transferred to my bank account extremely quickly. Very pleased the the efficiency and speed of the transaction and the attention that gave me Matt Will defiantly use again excemplary service

Exemplary advice and service from very knowledgeable staff, who explained things to me as a relative layman/enthusiast in a straight forward non-salesy way. Actually called in on hols a few months back and advised me to stick with the gear I'd just acquired, spend some time learning, then think of them when buying! Sold me a camera on the basis of low shutter count. Checked by 2 people to confirm this. Much higher shutter count on receipt. Totally unhelpful in trying to sort out. Complaint went directly to the person I was complaining about. Reneged on offer of compensation.
