Great service. My usual camera shop was out of stock for a particular lens hood I needed quickly. Mifsuds answered my query no problem. Delivered on time.

Went into ask for help with my camera this morning as had lost my WiFi connection so friendly and helpful and fixed the problem I would definitely recommend Mifsuds just so great to have found a camera shop where you can speak to actual people who are so knowledgeable and friendly rather than the now usual online etc service you get thank you Mifsuds

Saw a Nikon D500 on the Mifsuds website, listed as mint minus, boxed with manual. Just what I was after. Great communication from Matthew, fast delivery, really well packaged, delighted with the D500.

Better than my D3s and D4s!

So refreshing for an accurate description it really is mint, so disappointing at times to get something that's far from the description.

All round a great experience.

It is rare these days to be made to feel special and valued as a customer for a relatively low value transaction. However Mifsuds are a traditional camera retailer with the highest levels of customer service. I called Mathew in a flap having tore my home apart I realised that I had misplaced the ring adapter that allows me to mount my Canon ring flash on my RF macro lens. 48 HRS before departure to Cape Verde on a assignment to record several rare unique items of flora and fauna. Not only was it in stock (unlike every photography retail chain) Matthew personally pickled and packed my items. He proceeded to the post office and shipped special delivery, it arrived just as I was loading my gear for the Airport. I am so impressed by this perfect solution I will make a point of visiting Mifsuds, next time I am Brixham way and making several purchases. This rare quality in the real customer facing retail scenario deserves the highest praise and patronage. Thank you so much Mathew.

Looking for binoculars and tried Mifsuds website among others, price quoted was best I found for the model, but not totally clear if in stock. Phone went to answerphone but a text was promptly answered. Bought on a pick up basis and Matthew helpfully arranged for me to pick up out of hours, and then spent time ensuring I’d get the best out of the product. Great service.

Another nice experience buying from Mifsuds. Always friendly and one of the first places I look for camera gear. Not able to visit this time but the lens arrived well packaged and in great condition on the predicted day. Very little sign of use and images taken with the lens look to be fine.

Fantastic company. Very friendly service and extremely helpful advice. I accidently bought a filter of the wrong size. When I rang up to see if I could change it there was no problem. They despatched the new filter before the wrong one was returned to them. Such trust in a business is very rare.

Very pleased with the camera (z9) and lens (24-70) both mint as described that I've just received from Mifsuds. Matthew was very helpful over email keeping me informed of my trade-ins progress (offering slightly more than MPB) and then setting up a very quick DPD delivery of the camera when everything had been checked and agreed. Throwing in a cheeky bar of Dairy Milk brought home the experience of dealing with a Family run business.

Being a press photographer and having broken my flash gun it was important to get a replacement as soon as possible. Mifsuds had one in stock and packaged and sent to me for the next day.
