Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish!

The customer service here is second to none. Our service advisor, Gary, is incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem with my brother in law"s Sprinter van was before we'd even left the building. His experience and expertise gave us complete confidence from the very beginning.

Everything was explained clearly and honestly. Gary gave us all the facts, told us exactly what the repair would cost, and kept us updated every step of the way. There were no surprises—just excellent communication and genuine customer care throughout the whole process.

My brother in law hasn't stopped talking about how fantastic the customer service was, and I can completely understand why. It's so refreshing to find a business that truly goes above and beyond for its customers.

Coventry branch is my go-to garage. Great service as usual today. Took van here with a door locking fault. Turned out it was just a plug that'd worked loose. Was only charged half an hour labour and they washed and hoovered the van too - which they didn't have to do.

We have used this company many times before, and the service just gets better.

Taken my vehicle into these guys where it always goes collected it and while waiting for it saw the technician driving my vehicle while on his mobile phone got the vehicle back and was damaged on the rear end nobody had said anything so now the garage have to check cctv footage to find out what happened

This is second or third time getting parts from them they have been always excellent on costumer service
Had my all brake parts sets for my Citan and they gave me part numbers and they have send the perfect product well Stephen emailed every step and helped and turned fast delivery. will definitely order parts again. Keep up good costumers service 🙏

Ben newton was amazing, i dealt with him while getting my new van. Very quick responses from him, delivered my van for me in a very quick timely manner. Showed me all the technology in my new van which was very helpful as i’m not tech savvy. Would 100% recommend him.

Recently took my van in to midland for a static dpf regeneration due to the fact my mechanic couldn't reset the service light as the dpf light was on, only to be told that mtv couldn't reset service light as they never carried out the service. I am now in the position that I have a 4 and half year old mercedes that is now unserviceable after only 70000 miles. Mercedes won't reset service light unless they carry out a service at a cost of nearly £200 even though it had one 3 weeks previous and even then if I have the service they can't guarantee it will regenerate the dpf. Just shows that even after 40 years loyalty to the mercedes brand both with vans and cars there is no goodwill to be had. Shame on you merecedes.
