Ordered 6 weeks ago.
Messaged them, and they gave me some Bs about a system being down (I doubt it, they use gmail).
Then never replied ever again after constantly reminding them.
Thieves.

Order was never delivered
I’ve ordered it in the first week of May - now more than a month later my order is nowhere to be found. The name of the company has changed in the process from Milou to Midas. I received the email to be able to rate it but nothing to review. I’ve requested a refund and hopefully they’ll process it.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst experience shopping online ever. Rude customer service and takes forever for even get back to you to then write you mean, incomplete answers that are no help. They don't want to honor their exchange policy and act like I am in the wrong for even ordering! STAY AWAY!!!!

It seems like many others, you have ordered from a different site and left feedback on our account which is very damaging to us. We'd appreciate If you could check up on your order history and compare the domain and you will be able to see that the order you placed wasn't through us. Once you've done this we'd highly appreciate the removal of this feedback.

So Ugly I Was Too Embarrassed To Wear It
Ugliest jewelry I've seen in years. It's flat out tacky. So I tried to return it & couldnt. Just in case, I reached out to customer service explaining the quality wasn't good enough for an exchange. I got an ambiguous email or two but nothing was going to change. So I left social media comments. Nothing hateful, but I said the quality sucks & they won't do refunds. Everything was deleted, at best an Instagram dm that wasn't followed up on. The customer service attempt made it worse. I won't even regift it

I received my box but awful quality
I received my box but it was awful quality, the earrings I bought snapped within seconds of unpacking them and the chain feels cheap and is marked. Messaged customer service and got one email then nothing else, completely ghosted. I read on their instagram account that people believe this is a scam and I am starting to think it is. Do not buy anything from this site. Avoid it!

Poor. No communication, emails remain unanswered for 2 months and no items have ever been delivered. They stole my money without fulfilling an order. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Wish I’d read some of these reviews before ordering. My necklace from there just arrived and it looks as if it’s not real gold plated. I have lots of other gold plated necklaces and this one looks a different shade entirely so I can’t wear them all together. Looks like bronze colour. Very dissatisfied.

Have been waiting a month with no sign…
Have been waiting a month with no sign of delivery. I emailed asking for an update as the tracking hasn't been updated since 23rd July. Some guy called Will replied asking if I was following the tracking on their site. That's it. I am not too sure where he thought I was tracking it but I would say this was simply stalling as he had nothing productive to offer. Customer service is dreadful and who knows if the jewellery will ever arrive. By the other reviews here I have very low hopes of a quality product if it does ever arrive.

Not worth it
They drop ship from China, and no where on their website mentions it. The quality of the jewelry I bought is pretty much what it cost, around ~18 USD. They have the "70% Sale" year round, so you think you're getting a great deal. You're not.

The fact you can’t write reviews on their website says it all.
Don’t buy from here if you don’t have money to waste. Returns are to be sent within 7 days of receiving an item and you cannot return without sending them a request via email.
I replied to them (Will) regarding a returns email, that they had made a mistake, on 25th and 28th (they were speedy to respond to emails in past orders so 3 days was a decent time).
I sent a separate email on 1st March as thought previous ones could be in their junk emails.
I got a reply the same day with ‘I don’t know what you mean’.
I replied back showing them screenshots and explaining what was wrong and my email is still being ignored for their wrong doing.
This is now 11 days later.
The fact you can’t write reviews on their website says it all.

Awful. Please don't shop here.
Can't help but think the other reviews have been from friends of those who started this company but I am £180 down, awaiting a refund that is looking highly unlikely it'll come and they aren't responding to any contact from myself or clearpay. Really wishing I hadn't bought anything from here, PLEASE do not use this website.
