Hi Marivi, I am very sorry to see your item did not arrive. So sorry we did not see this review earlier and we did not get an email from you regarding this problem. I can however see we did miss a live chat with you - so sorry we missed that opportunity to put this right. If it is not too late would love to fix this for you and hopefully make this into a 5 star experience for you so please get in touch and we will do what we can to help. Kind regards, Ian
Hi Marivi - I have just looked into more detail - it seems your order came back to us - maybe an error at the post office.
We re-sent it on the 3rd of September so when you left your review it wouldn't have had time to reach you. I hope they got to you in the end. Kind regards, Ian

Kinda sad.
Two items that I purchased had dry rotted elastic and I was unable to use them. The other items were OK and the appropriate color and were just as pictured on the site.

Sorry to hear that, please don't be sad, we can either refund them or send replacements ASAP.
We will check our stock and the age of the elastics - if our current stock is the same as the ones you received we will try and get fresh stock.
If you do prefer replacements you can be assured we will test them to ensure they are good - so sorry you received faulty ones.
I hope we did not miss any email messages from you as this is the first we knew of this problem.
Very sorry for any inconvenience,
Kind regards,
Ian
