What a crap company they lie time after time and are so disorganized they can't arrange anything. Orders do not get shipped, they tell you constantly, yes its been dispatched then after the third phone call they tell you no its still sitting here. The phone lines are diabolical. Your call is either rejected straight away or it rings several times before you are told can't be answered and call back later. This company is just total trouble stay well clear

MI-Flues delivered excellent quality goods for an oder placed with Fluestore.
I had an After-sales enquiry which the National Operations Manager resolved in a courteous and informative manner.

Absolutely shocking experience. Spent several hundred pounds and took 2 sizes of pipe as wasn’t sure which would fit but was assured by the member of staff we could bring back within 90 days((1st mis information)
We returned the items yesterday but were told over the phone whilst in the yard we were out of the return period, we asked to speak to a more senior person who appeared in the yard who rudely told us point blank there was “no chance’ of a refund, no apology, compared the return process to Tesco returns saying Tesco wouldn’t accept returns after 1 month and neither do we. His attitude was obnoxious , I was quite taken aback. My partner explained that the member of staff had said 90 days, he said he would of never of said this. The debate got a little heated and with it ordered us off the yard. I have never experienced anything like this unprofessional attitude from a senior member of staff at one point I was actually frightened at his aggressive manner and thought he was going to attack my partner.
Absolutely terrible experience beware!!

Shocking. Ordered a Kamado accessory in April from mi-fires. Constantly lied to. Eventually given a guaranteed delivery date with shipping dates and everything quoted. Nothing received. When I called I was told another 5 weeks. It’s now August. DO NOT USE

I am pleased that the emphasis here is on the quality of work, and this is what is key. Plus, I liked the fact that they strictly observe the order execution time. I can always count on that everything will be completed on time.

I really wish I could give a negative review. Actually this company doesn't even deserve a 1. I had an order from this website like 1month ago. I have not received anything from them. I tried to contact customer care twice requesting for shipping details. Everything time I heard the same answer" we are still processing. Will reach BK when they ship the order". 1 month seriously. Today I lost my patience and asked for refund. This is when I realized they 10 percentage of the billing amount for cancellation.
End note: please don't purchase anything from this website. This website is fraud.

Stoves ordered and paid for over 2 week ago. Should have been delivered 8 days ago! Called yesterday and said they were coming today(Friday) , now they are saying Monday. Had to let a customer down twice so not at all happy. We'll see if they ever arrive!

Orders not always correct and delivery consistently poor. Why oh why are MI Flues bothering with one of the worst couriers around (DX)?? Extremely slow with refunds and customer service not always so great.

Staff are polite and helpful with a great knowledge of their product.

ordered 8m of chimney liner on the wed afternoon and nikki said that i would get it the next day .Living as i do in the highlands of scotland i said it was unlikely, but true to her word it came the next day well packaged,i enjoyed the whole shopping experience nice friendly staff ,quick delivery and very good price

I was amazed how competitive Mi-Flues are, the liner pack I ordered arrived the next day as expected.
