Canceled on with 3 days notice and received no assistance/help for rebooking. No other buses available!
I reserved a Kentucky Derby bus back in December, only to have it canceled with just 3 days’ notice due to a “mechanical issue.” What’s especially frustrating is that I had called the day before to confirm everything and wasn’t told there were any problems.
When they finally canceled, there were no replacement buses offered, no help with rebooking, and no referrals to other companies—just a cancellation and no support. With an event like the Derby, where plans book up months in advance, this left me completely stranded.
Really disappointing experience and poor customer service. I would not rely on this company for time-sensitive events.
