Contacted customer support who l found (Phoeby) to be very helpful and knowledgeable, providing advice and promise to provide replacement spares at no cost. G Very good customer experience.

I phoned Methven asking for help with a dripping Deva shower bar, which is at least 15 years old. I talked with Phoebe and, as expected, the shower is obsolete.
Instead of leaving me to buy a new shower, Phoebe checked the specifications of current shower mixer bars, identified parts that were compatible with my old one, and sent them to me first class.
I'd like to thank Methven, and Phoebe in particular, for exemplary customer service.
When I do need to buy another shower bar in the future, Methven, a company I know I can trust, will definitely be my first choice.

We purchased a mono block tap which looked great and worked really well...great diffuser!

Unfortunately the little decorative cap was not attached properly and promptly fell off into the sink and lost down the waste pipe!!
I contacted Methven who acted immediately and sent replacements (and spares at no cost!)

No quibbling...they were very pleasant and very quick to deal with my problem.
Altogether, great service...will definitely use them again.

Ordered the part which was shipped promptly. A plumbing issue meant the item needed to be returned. Three days after emailing Methven I called and was informed they are not sure about spare parts can returned. As bought over the web the company should be aware of distance selling regulations and Methven own terms and conditions. The part costed £115 so no small change. A company like Methven should have better return procedures in place. Somewhat dissatisfied.

Awful company. Purchased a lovely looking tap in December 2022 with a 12 year guarantee that's not worth the paper it's written on.
I've had 4 plumber call outs to fix issues, a replacement cartridge (wow) after both the plumber, supplier and myself jumped through numerous hoops as Methven tried, clearly, to dodge its guarantee. Now I need the flexibility hose which I'm told is stripped and useless. Again, despite stating I'm a cancer sufferer and pensioner, I'm told to crawl under the sink and take pictures, regardless of the pain or difficulty involved. This company is just dreadful, uncaring and tries to get out of its obligations at every turn. My only advise would be to avoid them at all costs.

Excellent Customer service.
Made an enquiry about replacement cartridges for our mixer tap which had started dripping, to be told that they are still in warranty and that they'll send out replacements immediately.
As I was quite expecting that I'd have to buy replacements I was very pleased.
The sales lady Nicole was very pleasant & a credit to the company.

Speaking to customer services has been a pleasure after having to return a faulty tap. For a return they asked me to pay for another tap and when the faulty one was returned and checked i would get the refund within 10 days. This is where it went downhill. DPD confirmed return then i had to ring and email a number of times for a refund which was promised. Eventually I received a refund for a confirmed faulty tap minus the return postage. I rang them and emailed them again was told the reason and apologies for charging for postage that i would receive the £10 back and still nothing. Sorry but faster payments take minutes, this is poor logistics. Please credit me with the £10 you owe me its the principle of it.

***Update***: In reply 24 hours later after a prompt refund assured still nothing.
***Update*** 8th November still no refund.
This is appalling service. I feel compelled to edit this review until i am refunded what is due to me.

Over all the quality of the product is good, the water flow from shower head 🚿 is good.

The reason for 4 star is the installation, particularly to fix clamps was very hard, the Allan key and the screw was terrible to put together. It took 2 hours for a professional to put all together and land up spending £250.

I’ve owned the Aurajet Aio handset for a couple months now and am super pleased with the product. It’s definitely an upgrade from my last showerhead!! 100% recommend

Definitely would recommend Methven. We have the Aurajet shower in our en-suite and it works a treat. And it’s saving water as well without you even realising. We’ve had it for couple of months and no issues whatsoever.

great product I have been using there shower heads etc for a good few years now never had a fault and never been disappointed. I would highly recommend.

Really pleased with it. Looks good, works well- like a waterfall shower but without the massive shower head.

We’ve been using the Methven Aio shower head for over 6 months now. It’s been brilliant. Was so easy to install, looks fab and is still looking as good as new. We can’t fault it. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely excellent customer care, had a fault that needed investigating and the entire customer care team were helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly courteous and proficient - cannot praise highly enough!

Great shower head, very futuristic looking and works great.

Product arrived on time, was super easy to swap and makes such a difference to the shower in our ensuite. The unusual design looks quality and my shower experience is so much better. Not sure how it does it, but the eco shower handset means i'm saving money on my heating and water bills too. What's not to love! I loved it so much I bought another one for the family bathroom.
