Update following company’s response:
If you have never dealt with me why did I receive dozens of emails from you on a daily basis? I’ve never signed up nor agreed to receive emails from you. Hence the definition of unsolicited and spam.
I contacted you on 3/4 occasions and requested I be removed from your mailing lists and yet I still continued to receive daily spam
Why don’t we take this to the ICO? I’m more than happy to formally report if you would prefer. I’ve got dozens of emails as evidence

Whilst the majority of our reviews (good and bad) are from clients, we do pick up the occasional review such as this. We have never had any dealings with this person and as such the review is not genuine.
We always deal with unsubscribes at first request. It is not in our interest to continually email people who have asked to be removed.
As someone who has not used our service, they are not able to leave a fair review of our service
