Ordered an item a year ago, they were happy to take my money, it's remained on perpetual pre-order, and there has been no communication by them within said year, except for marketing emails.

I have asked for a refund, and based off this experience I recommend people AVOID. The high number of positive reviews, despite other people having similar experiences- leads me to believe they use fake/bot reviews.

Had 2 Christmas jumpers delivered, sizing was as expected and seemed to be good quality. Arrived in just a few days. Very happy.

So for the Second year in a row I go to Merchoid to try order a Warhammer 40,000 Christmas jumper as they quickly sell out towards Christmas.
On both occasions I order, pay, get confirmation emails etc.. then within a few days I get a "Refund Confirmation"... Strange right? So of course I emailed them/filled out the contact form immediately asking for an explanation .. days and weeks go by with no reply.. others have received their orders, my buddy ordered the exact same at the same time and he received his in a few days!\
2 years in a row.. being ignored for years, so we'll see if they monitor this but I'm not holding out much hope.

Anyway be careful people, I got refunded both times but its really upsetting, 3+4 years ago they didn't have my size in stock then this BS for 2 years... been trying to get a Warhammer Christmas Jumper for 4 years now. I'm at my wits end. If I get no response I'll have to report to GW and Ombudsman.

Delivery was so quick & packed well.

Easy to search for what i wanted and the buying process was simple. Delivery was good with good communication along the way.

I ordered a jumper and merchoid kept cancelling it the response I got was:

I would be quite cautious ordering from this website as this seems very questionable and they don’t have to take an order from a paying customer when I have ordered from them before. Quite frankly if this is the behaviour and unwilling to help truffle shuffle for example is much better and have an amazing customer service so my advice is don’t order from a 1 star when you can order from a 5 star and not get email responses like this

Overall it was a good experience, my only concern was that they used evri for delivery, I would have been more happier if a choice was given at checkout of who to use. I have very little faith in evri, as do a lot of people

As a 17 year old I ordered a dog collar for £13.99 on September 10th which to everyone is a lot of money at the moment and have not recieved it since I’ve been in contact with them and they said that it was a problem with evri and that they contacted them so it will be with me in a few days it’s nearly October and I have yet to recieve and now all of a sudden merchoid and evri don’t recognise my postcode or delivery number it’s obvious that they lost it and all I would like is a refund and they haven’t been in contact since and you can’t speak to an actual person it’s just a bot it bad customer service and will not be buying from their again. I don’t understand why they don’t send small parcels with Royal Mail
