Amazing experience buying my car everything went very smoothly and great customer service from Tamara! Lovely person and very helpful!

The car was driven up to us, sales invoice was 16003 and by the time the car came up it was on 16584. Should her been cleaned before delivery so we could inspect it properly. Also had damage on the inside ( got a refund for it ). The windscreen is damaged too which they didn’t tell us about.
Should have declared all the damage which they clearly didn’t

I’d highly recommend the Mercedes Taunton dealership which offers excellent customer service. Erin Doolan, their service team manager, is simply the best! Having experienced shocking service at the Mercedes Exeter dealership I was unsure as to what to expect. From our first interaction she got everything spot on. Keeping me informed throughout our car recovery and repair, phoning when she said she would and doing her very best to look after us in challenging circumstances. I felt listened to and reassured throughout and will gladly travel the extra distance to revisit the Taunton dealership for future car servicing even though this means driving past the Exeter dealership to get there. It’s not often I write reviews but on this occasion Erin really does deserve recognition for her exceptional customer service. I’m sure Erin is destined for great things, so Mercedes please look after this young lady she is a great asset to your company.

I had a hired Mercedes C class and was in trouble at a busy motorway junction roundabout, I had my disabled husband and 3 dogs in the car. Michaela Cook was on her way home and turns up at the right moment, making us safe and diagnosing the problem.

They are a professional company and gave me confidence in the quality of their service and fault finding.

GLE mot and accident repair.

I wanted to p/x my GLC and go back to an E Class Estate. Visiting the Exeter Mercedes franchise made that happen. The valuation of my GLC was better than I anticipated and the cash cost to change was within my budget. I dealt with Sam Ward who was excellent throughout. Paperwork was easy to follow, the process simple, customer friendly with no hard sell of possible add ons. I have no hesitation in awarding 5*

I took my car for a service at Mercedes Exeter . I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist . I was then taken care of by Mike , who I believe is the service manager . He ran through the details of the service and the cost . He arranged a loan car for me which was really helpful . The work carried out in good time.Overall I am very pleased with the service and will use them in future .

I always receive first class service from Mercedes Plymouth.It starts with the warm welcome you get from the two ladies in reception.On my latest visits I dealt with Jack,Callum and Mitch.They were all most efficient with a friendly manner.Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Dropped off car for service as agreed and welcomed by Tom from the Service team. Loan car ready (Electric Smart Car) not the best vehicle to drive felt like I was driving wheelie bin.

This was my 11th annual service and 8th MOT since I bought my car from this company. Usual very efficient service, notifications, etc. with some additional work to pass the MOT carried out quickly. Mike particularly helpful when, on returning home, a fault became apparent with the handbrake and the car was collected this week and the handbrake repaired. Just what a customer should be able to expect from a MB main dealer.

Had my car in for a service booked in for 10:00, dropped my keys off. Was informed that it might be in all day, I pointed out on their website it highlighted two - three hours. The person who booked it in, said I'll speak to the service manager, came back and said he will try and sort it out. Had a couple of little jobs to do in the area, so popped out for an hour. Came back was told my car was in. Got a phone call from the service manager, they had to do a couple of things needing my approval. All sorted and done by 14:00, very pleased. Had a faulty tyre fitted, rang the a couple of days later. Told me to bring my car in on the Saturday morning, they agreed it was faulty and sorted it out within an hour. Very pleased with the service

My experience was smooth and positive. Sam was very helpful and he and Matthew were accommodating regarding the negotiations on cost to change. The handover was a pleasure, the car being presented beautifully in the showroom for my collection. I would recommend this dealership to any prospective buyers.

Went into Mercedes-Benz Exeter with a malfunction on the dash. Greeted by the friendly staff offered a coffee whilst the diagnosis was run, the part was in stock and was back on the road fixed by the afternoon and then continued my journey. Excellent service
