Everything was ok, I just did not notice that package was sent out of GBR, so I was little bit surprised, that I received custom tax ( I live in EU).

I've ordered twice from Meowie now, and both times they've been great! The items arrive really quickly and I really appreciate how good they make the photos provided to them look. Really good value too.

I was a little disappointed in the cat mugs which I purchased. The quality is fine, but I didn't like the placement of the pictures I sent, and I was not sent a proof to approve in advance, so won't be gifting them.

Bought two personalised mugs and they look great. But one was broken when it arrived, I tried to get in touch with meowie for a replacement but no one responded.

I emailed the company about a specific image we requested to be on the shirt. They never responded and did not provide the image I requested (it had been uploaded to the site). Previously in 2022 we had a wonderful experience with them and loved their shirts. But this time, they changed the material of the shirt which is terrible, and the logo is no longer "Meowie". The image looks like it was AI - totally cut off at a 90 degree angle, and they did not follow the request we had submitted. I immediately emailed them up on receipt of the shirt, but no response yet. Seems like the company made changes for the worse.

There was a problem with the printing which I have highlighted to you via email but you haven't even had the courtesy to acknowledge my email let alone fix the problem.

Horrible. Never received my items. Took months to get a refund through my credit card company. I was so excited for the items but never heard a word from the Meowie and never received the items. The. Worst.

Great shirt, they did wonderful with the picture. My only issue was the size! I didn’t know it was from Britain and we US people are much more meatier. If you buy a shirt get it 2 sizes larger than you normally wear. I can’t wear the one I bought but I’ll put it up in a display case!
