BEWARE: Missing items and NO REFUND after 3 months!
I advise everyone to be very careful. I placed an order for 100 pairs of shoes. The package arrived with 14 pairs missing.
I immediately contacted support via WhatsApp. They admitted the mistake but refused to refund my money, trying to force a "store credit" on me instead. I refused the credit.
Now, 3 months later, I still have not received my money back and they are ignoring my messages.
They take your money via bank transfer and do not deliver the full order. I am reporting this to the European Consumer Centre. AVOID.
