Poor customer service

Have received a new otoscope from Medscope, but the packaging case was badly damaged. Have sent 2 complaint messages but never received a reply. There is no contact number to call to speak to anyone about it either.

Hello- thank you for providing feedback, and I do apologise for the issues that you have encountered.

Medscope are an eCommerce business, all orders are processed via the website and all enquiries are via email and Live Chat.

I am sorry that the case supplied by the manufacturer was damaged upon arrival- following your initial enquiry, I can see that we sent you a replacement case.

Until you highlighted a problem via TrustPilot, we were unaware that the replacement case was not received- having viewed the tracking, I cannot see that Royal Mail have delivered this, so another case has been sent to you.

This should arrive in the next couple of days- please let me know if there are any issues with the replacements.

I requested Siemens urinalysis strips…

I requested Siemens urinalysis strips (Multistix GP 25) having been assured be email that there would be a decent expiry date. This was after two unfortunate orders from other suppliers when in the first case the expiry date was three weeks before I received them and the second in which the plastic container had clearly been opened previously. On this occasion the urinalysis stix arrived pristine within two days and the expiry date is 30.06.24 which is fine and better than I expected.

Love the free engraving

Very easy to navigate the website, however whilst on my phone I found it difficult to locate where to place the discount code, I had to then go on to my laptop and purchase my order where I found the voucher code box. Other than that everything else was great, especially love the free engraving

Medical items at good prices

I wanted a small cheap item [eye drop dispenser] and price was much lower than other suppliers. Also found good value type IIR face masks so stocked up. Cheap fast delivery by DPD. I will certainly look at Medscope if I need to buy medical equipment.

Highly recommended as faultless experience

The website was very easy to use allowing me to quickly find what I was searching for. Then came the review of the product - again very easy and accurate based on the product that was delivered to me. Quick and safe delivery.

Quality products - shame about the glitchy website

Good quality products at a premium price. Website glitchy though and I ended up not buying one product because a discount did not go through.
