Express delivery

Express delivery, hardly express - still waiting for delivery after five days.
Update: After 2 weeks and despite having contacted them twice I am still waiting for a refund !
Update: After promising a refund after canceling the order they now tell me it will be in stock and they will send it today. No longer need it so have had to contact credit card company and raise a dispute. My advice - Don't deal with this company, they are incompetent

You're right, we dropped the ball on this one.
Our stock was wrong - you shouldn't have been able to request Express delivery as we didn't have the items available.
As you mentioned we have got them now but we're too late for your deadline.

Excellent customer service and quality items

Excellent customer support!
I had ordered an item and opted for collection from store. Within a day I received a call notifying that my item is ready for collection.
Later I realised that they don't have weekend collection option and due to work I cannot go and collect during weekdays. I emailed the sales team and they were very understanding and quickly responded to my query. As a goodwill gesture they arranged a free home delivery for me!!Thanks Medscope, that was great help!

Disappointing

Disappointing. Why not put out of stock on the web instead of falsely leading people to believe that when an order is placed it will come through.

I ordered a a gift for a colleague who is leaving but if it doesn’t arrive in time I’ll have to print off the picture and give her an iou.

Very disappointing

Thanks for the feedback. We are in the process of working through all our products to show a delivery estimate and an indication of whether in stock or not.

Great customer service

Product was exactly as described and best of all I asked for them to change delivery method and address after I placed the order and they managed to sort it for me and get the product delivered on time.
