This is a wonderful clinic and I would never go anywhere else for anything to do with my appearance. This clinic is staffed with brilliant, kind and above all deeply expert team members. Most importantly they are trustworthy, which matters more than anything when it comes to something as important as the face! They have earned my trust by being completely reliable and always going the extra mile. Senior aesthetician Joanna Jaworska and Dr Vy Nguyen stand out as being particularly outstanding practitioners. As well as being first-class in their field, they are both incredibly nice and genuinely caring people. Joanna has done so much for my skin in the last couple of years that sometimes I genuinely fail to notice that I have not put on foundation, which is quite something as I am about to turn 54. I could not recommend this clinic more highly and can find no fault with it at all - if it were possible to give more than five stars then I would do so. Truly outstanding.

I cannot praise the team at Medicetics highly enough. The Front of House are always efficient and welcoming.
Dr V is exceptionally talented, she listens, understands and genuinely cares about you, your wishes, worries and concerns. In a gentle but totally professional way she explains, advises and leads you aiming all the time for the very best outcome.
She is a magician and achieves unbelievably good results. Her use of fillers is unparalleled.

Dr Dara is not only a lovely person she is also a very gifted doctor. A slow and steady approach has given me a fresh, younger looking, more confident me. Thanks

Wonderful - Dr Dondos is a genius, you just look naturally much better, and the whole team are fantastic, highly skilled and thoughtful in their approach.

From the minute you walk in you feel very at ease. Dr Dondos is an absolute magician at subtlety, when I have had Botox no one would know, they just say how fresh and youthful I look. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

One of my favourite diary entries is my visit to Dr Dondos. I've been going for many years now and Vicky never fails. I go for my twice yearly botox appointment and Vicky gets it right every time and I so notice the result and literally smile with happiness for weeks after!

Absolutely fabulous experience I had at Medicetics with Joanna. As soon as I step into the clinic she made me feel at ease.
I booked in for Laser Genesis and Excel V Laser.
After just one session I could see a slight difference on my broken capillaries and my redness on the cheeks.

The best place I’ve ever been for treatment. I’ve been coming here for over ten years. The founders are excellent doctors and somewhat pioneers in London regarding non invasive aesthetic treatments. I trust them and the other doctors fully and I would and do recommend to friends and family. The receptionists are lovely and professional too. Thank you!

Lockdown coincided with my 60th birthday and I decided to try Botox. I did alot of research before choosing Dr Vicky Dondas - the best decision I made! From our very first meeting I had and have the utmost confidence in her approach, her 'eye' and her skill.
I have regular hydra facials with Joanna and her knowledge and skill had given me lovely results.
The reception staff are welcoming, efficient and helpful when it comes to arranging appointments.
This is a lovely clinic and I would recommend it to everyone!

I have been a patient for approximately 4 years. Each and every time I see Dr Mullan or any one of his team I never feel rushed and everyone is very friendly. Dr Mullan in my experience is exceptionally skilled in his field, always professional, and really listens to one’s concerns. He never rushes an appointment and does not mind if one has general health questions which are not related to the appointment. I would highly recommend him and any of his team.
