Very helpful conversation

The representative, Pam Jordan, was extremely helpful over the phone. I was dreading the decision, but she explained all of the Medicare plan choices to me, went through all of my doctors and medications, and helped me choose which plan would best suit my needs. When there was something I didn’t understand, Pam patiently reviewed it and gave further examples and explanations. Our conversation was very pleasant and I actually enjoyed speaking with Pam!

Very knowledgeable and patient agent

Joe was very patient with me as I know I was probably asking the same questions several times. The whole process can be very confusing as this is all somewhat new to me. He gave me, I feel, honest suggestions as far as supplement vs. advantage plans for myself as well as for my husband.

Great company who gives you personalized support.

I have always had a wonderful experience with ClearMatch. They help you pick an insurance that is right for you, and covers all of your doctors. They follow along with your throughout the registration progress and make sure that everything is working well for you. I would refer anyone to this company -- always very happy with them and their representatives are pleasant and knowledgeable.
