Nearly a year later and no response.
Well I emailed Media Storehouse in December 2023 requesting a copy of a front page of a local newspaper. The article description and date of the publication was given. To date I haven’t had any reply despite emailing a further 2 times to chase the request.

They have a range of images. They will make it right if the image gets lost in the mail.
I appreciate that Alamy had the image I needed for a project. When it didn't arrive by the promised date, I inquired and received an answer. The first photo was apparently lost in transit. They made it right by sending me another photo.

Everything was fine including the vast selection of photos online, but mine - an aerial photo - was a bit blurred, maybe to be expected.

Thank you for your feedback!
We’re glad you enjoyed our vast collections and we appreciate your comments regarding the aerial photo. We provide products with a good quality resolution that aligns with the dimensions of both print and digital images. While we strive to maintain high-resolution images across our range, factors such as image size and viewing distance can influence the perceived clarity. Larger prints are typically intended to be viewed from a slightly greater distance, allowing viewers to appreciate the details and overall composition without focusing too much on individual pixels.
If you're looking for a sharper alternative, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Quick delivery of framed print via Alamy
The frame looked a little cheaper than expected, but the mounting and framing process of the photo was well done, with a caption nicely set too, and very prompt delivery.
