I was so pleased with this print
I was so pleased with this print. It is a gift for Mrs Weatherill's son who described the photo as priceless. I also lived at winkfield row opposite Billy smarts and so this print reminds me of my time with the Weatherill's in 1972. Fast delivery lovely clear print.

No information!
I don’t know if this company is a scam? I ordered a puzzle and waited two weeks for a update. No updates and no information about the delivery. But my card has been debited. Maybe it’s because I am a scandinavian customer?

We’re sorry for the delay and the lack of updates. However, we did send a direct email on 14 December explaining that we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders.
We’re pleased to confirm that your order has now been shipped, and you should have received a further email confirming this. We apologise again for the delay. Please be assured that we are a legitimate company, and international, including those to Scandinavia, may take longer during busy periods.

It would have been a five star review except for the image quality issues with the two poster prints initially sent. If we would have received the same quality as we did with the replacement posters, 5s all the way.

Thank you for your feedback Norm.
As explained in our direct message, each print is made to order and the final result depends on the layout option chosen at checkout, with clear previews shown before purchase. Your original prints were produced according to the selected settings, but we understand how details can be missed therefore, as a goodwill gesture, we manually adjusted the layout, added a small border, and removed the mark for your replacements. We’re pleased to hear the new prints arrived in the quality you expected.
Not at all pleased with the quality of the reproduction
Not at all pleased with the quality of the reproduction. Colors look washed out, faces are blurred and indistinct. Paper quality is good.

Our prints are produced using high-resolution files that are not edited prior to production, ensuring an accurate representation of the original artwork. The quality of some historical images can vary depending on the age and condition of the original photograph or document.
We always encourage customers to review the product description and preview images carefully before purchase to ensure the item meets requirements nevertheless we’re sorry to hear the print didn’t meet your expectations but appreciate your feedback John.

Easy ordering and delivery with updates given. The print itself was very nice and as shown online. No problems - such as damage.
I would have liked the print to be titled. It is a gift and would like the recipient to understand the relevance of the subject matter, rather than explain it separately.

Thank you for your feedback Cheryl. We’re delighted to hear that the ordering and delivery process was smooth and that you’re happy with the print.
We understand that adding context can be important, especially for gifts. We do offer customers the option to add captions or titles to prints, which can help highlight the relevance of the subject matter for the recipient and hope this will be helpful for any future orders 🙂
