If I could give 6 stars - I would. We had called dozens of pharmacies on our own and could not find our medicine. The Medfinder staff found all 3 medicines we could not. Their communication was excellent and we could not be happier with the outcome. Thanks Medfinder on behalf of our kiddos!!!

Company doesn't tell you that it's an expensive paid service until after they've harvested all of your medical information. Once you're signed up, all of the account and help links on the page are broken, so you have to do your own independent research to figure out who the actual company to send an order to delete your information to.

I was really discouraged, and of course I am always skeptical to sign up for new services. There is nothing more valuable to me than my time. I could not find my medication ANYWHERE in NYC. So I signed up for Medfinder, they delivered results and truly I was amazed and impressed that this team was able to come through. It was not over night. But they were vigilant and communicative. That right there is worth every penny.

This company is the best! It is SO worth the small fee they charge to save so much of your time and energy. I have a very demanding career and cannot spend hours waiting to talk to a pharmacy after pharmacy to just be told no we don’t have it — it’s not only time consuming, but an added stress and let down each time. I was feeling a little hopeless about not being able to find the meds I needed and after taking a chance and hiring medfinder (which was a very easy process I just texted them and they sent me a link to sign up) to get a text the next day saying “we have found your medication!” with instructions on what to do was the best feeling ever! I felt a huge sigh of relief. The amount of time I have spent in the past vs. the fee they charge is a no brainer…. I got my script filled tonight, will use them every time it’s needed! AND they have great, friendly customer service team too! 10/10.

I paid for Medfinder’s service expecting help locating a pharmacy that could fill my prescription using my insurance. Unfortunately, I received just one pharmacy recommendation, and it wasn’t in-network.

When I asked for a refund, the company did follow up and agreed to a refund, which I appreciate.

Others may have better luck with their search.

I spent 6 hours this week fruitlessly calling literally every CVS pharmacy in lower Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn, as well as a number of Mom and Pop pharmacies, trying to locate a medication with supply chain issues. All but one pharmacist were grumpy, because they get these calls constantly. I was starting to ration my medication, taking half my daily dose, because it looked like my pharmacy wouldn't have it in for at least 10 days. I felt physically terrible and was bracing to have a few days where I'd have no medication at all.

I signed up for MedFinder, thinking that the worst case scenario was I'd lose $50.

Overnight, they found a pharmacy that had my medication in stock! I picked it up at a Mom and Pop pharmacy in NYC's Chinatown that I never would have thought to call. The pharmacist there was lovely.

I am so thankful; this saved me a massive amount of time and stress. I wish I had known about MedFinder four days earlier, so I wouldn't have made 40+ calls myself. I think MedFinder is a wonderful service that fills in the gap created by understaffed pharmacies and a health care system that doesn't always work so well.

I will continue to use MedFinder every month.

After nearly a week of bumbling around without my meds I finally googled ‘find my meds’…and lo and behold! Up came Medfinder! What’s more, when I bought one search, within an hour they found a pharmacy 30 minutes away with my elusive medication. They saved the day! Easy to put in the info, and well worth the fairly high cost!

I really hate that they require a bunch of personal information before they reveal that it costs $50 for one search. I did not complete the purchase.

No matter the time of day I got answers. Including text messages immediately. I’ve been having such a hard time finding my medicine thru Walgreens. Always in back order. Medford immediately I mean within hours gave me the name of the pharmacy near me that had it in stock. Your service is impeccable. I would recommend anyone that has a hard time finding their meds to use the service. Worth every penny. I was calling for days so many pharmacies couldn’t do what they did within a few hours. The website kept telling me that the pharmacies were all closed in the middle of the day. I ended up having to find the medication on my own and was still charged $50 for them looking.
