Oplichter pakketje nooit aangekomen… en webshop inmiddels ook offline samen met de email.

I ordered from Mdamme the Label in April 2025 and never received my item. I first contacted them in May 2025 and spent months going back and forth until August 2025, when they stopped replying completely. They kept delaying my refund, then offered a discount code instead, and eventually ghosted me along with my money. This website is not trustworthy. Please avoid it at all costs.

Scam company of the first order. Once you have paid for the item, your money are gone and you'll never get either your purchased item nor your money back. Ordered and paid for a bag for my daughter 1½ months ago. Got a confirmation and that I would be notified when the bag was ready for shipping. Never heard from them again! No emails, no refund...Nothing! The money is gone! I cannot warn enough against this scam company!

I placed an order approximately one and a half months ago, and I still haven’t received it. During this time, I contacted the company multiple times. While they do respond to my emails, they only provide vague and temporary replies just to brush me off. No clear information or solution has been offered.

I also requested a refund, but no concrete steps have been taken. The product hasn’t been delivered, and my money hasn’t been returned either.

Because of this, I feel deceived and completely disappointed. This company is not trustworthy and clearly does not care about customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise not to trust this company! Think twice before placing an order, or you may end up in the same situation as I did.

Commande lente mais reçue. Article non conforme à la taille annoncée. Demande de retour dans le respect des règles définies par le vendeur et jamais reçu de réponse. Bref, j'ai un sac inutile comme beaucoup d'autres...

Verkopen de tassen als originele Longchamp en vervolgens worden deze uit China verzonden. 1 van de 2 heb ik nooit binnengekregen en de verkoper reageert alleen met standaard antwoorden. Retourneren kan alleen op eigen kosten terug naar China a 20.- minimaal. Gelukkig via PayPal het aankoopbedrag teruggekregen. Maar adviseer niemand om hier iets te bestellen!

Had een tas besteld maat M. Deze is kleiner dan verwacht. Ik heb reeds twee weken geleden vanaf ik het product gekregen had een mail gestuurd om mijn artikel te retourneren, waarop ik geen respons krijg. Na enkele dagen worden er meerdere keren acties aangeboden om meer korting krijgen bij mijn volgende aankoop, maar dit is niet wat ik wil. intussen zijn we 2 weken verder bijna en heb nog steeds geen retouradres gekregen. Ik wil mijn geld terug. Communicatie is zeer miniem!

Het is niet zo slecht maar ik heb het gevoel dat hier iets niet klopt het komt uit China en al maar het is van een goede kwaliteit ik heb een hele mooie medium longchamp gekocht in petale pink. IK weet dat iedereen 1 ster geeft voor om te retourneren maar ik weet dat niet over alleen wel dat het ZOO lang duurden voordat het aankwam dus als je geen geduld hebt NIET bestellen van dit maar ik vind het nog oke.

Bestel hier niets!!! Je kan niks retourneren en je krijgt je geld niet terug. Nepbedrijf!!
