The shop was so messy and I was worried if they mix my items with anything.
The staff did not have knowledge of customs or any charges.
Please use official site and store of known delivery services not this kind of third party.

I live in Sweden and wanted to ship 2 family portraits (oil paintings) from London to my Swedish address. I was recomended MBE in Shepherds Market, Mayfair.

Receiving the consigment the other day, I could not believe how incredibly well packed the two paintings were. What a fabulous company. From buying a picture from Lyon and Turnbull, to receiving it wrapped so professionally took 2 working days. They advised me that it would be in a cardboard box, but to my great surprise all the corners had extra strengthening. It arrived in perfect condition.

Visited a couple of weeks ago for printing and asked in advance due to time constraints. Despite offering to prepay, staff refused to print until I arrived. The £2 per page charge felt excessive. The service was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and a request for a stapler was refused rudely. Overall, very poor customer service.
