Just an awareness really for anyone letting. This company will charge you for 4 FOUR YEARS commission if there is no change in tenancy (its all legal BUT in the small print) so beware!

Customer of both lettings and sales

The entire team are very friendly and offer clear and informative information. All my queries over the years of dealing with Maxwell Estates have been dealt with efficiently and promptly.
I have dealt with both the lettings and sales teams and I have never had to worry or stress. They are easy to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Maxwell are always willing to assist with management problems with the property im renting through them. Highly recommend renting from maxwell.

Excellent professional service with the…

Excellent professional service with the care and attention of a family run business. Maxwell estates has the ability to understand the unique needs of landlords and tenants.

Over the years they have shown themselves to be a ‘trusted hand’ in looking after our property affairs. Their good communication has meant peace of mind for both us and our tenants.

Mr Amjad is especially good at focusing on solutions rather than problems. Not only has he worked hard to maximise our rental income, he also minimises the stress of managing our portfolio.

We would definitely recommend Maxwell to other landlords and property developers.
